MITCHELL — Andes Central/Dakota Christian’s Abigail Svatos and Chester Area’s Chase McDonald captured individual titles at the Class B Golf Classic on Friday.

At Mitchell’s Lakeview Golf Course, McDonald fired a 73 to earn boys individual medalist honors. He shot a 36 on the front nine and 37 on the back nine. Gregory’s Eli Fogel finished second with a 77, while Platte-Geddes’ Dawson Hoffman placed third with a 78. Burke’s Bryce Frank (80) and Ethan’s Ryan Gerlach (81) finished fourth and fifth, respectively. 

Svatos shot a 91, including a 45 on the front nine and 46 on the back nine. She edged Burke’s Adisyn Indahl (93) for girls individual medalist honors. Corsica-Stickney’s Jacey Kemp (94) and Ethan’s Ryanna Clauson (99) finished third and fourth, respectively. Avon’s McKenna Kocmich (101) placed fifth.
