Clark/Willow Lake 62, De Smet 54

DE SMET — Three players scored in double figures as Clark/Willow Lake defeated Class B No. 5 De Smet in Tuesday boys basketball action.

Sullivan Felberg finished with 25 points and 10 rebounds. Bo Begeman added 13 points and nine rebounds. Emmerson Larson recorded 12 points and seven rebounds. Chris Bevers had nine points.

For De Smet, Grant Wilkinson recorded 25 points and 19 rebounds. Noah Luethmers posted 11 points and hit three 3-pointers. Ganon Henrich recorded eight points. Samuel Gigov had seven points. 


Hamlin 52, Flandreau 19

HAYTI — Easton Neuendorf scored his 1,000th career point as Class A No. 2 Hamlin rolled to a boys basketball win on Tuesday.

Neuendorf finished with 22 points and hit three 3-pointers. Evan Stormo added 12 points while Jackson Wadsworth had nine points. 

Flandreau’s Luke Sheppard scored five points.


Castlewood 59, Elkton-Lake Benton 40

CASTLEWOOD — Bryon Laue scored his 1,000th career points as Class B No. 1 Castlewood picked up a boys basketball win on Tuesday.

Laue finished with 16 points and 14 rebounds Brody Bass added 16 points, while Luke Baumberger had 12 points and nine rebounds. Jamison Keszler had eight points.

For ELB, Tanner Drietz finished with 13 points. Riley Nordmeyer and Colt Beck scored five points apiece. 


Centerville 41, Freeman Academy/Marion 35

CENTERVILLE — Centerville defeated Freeman Academy/Marion during Tuesday’s high school boys basketball action.

Miles Eide had 16 points and two assists, Alec Austin recorded eight points and seven rebounds, Aiden Bobzin totaled seven points and five rebounds, while Ethan Bobzin and Corbin Tople each had eight rebounds in the win.

FA/M’s Taylor Goodwin tallied 10 points, Ashton Kesteloot had nine points, while Lincoln Anderson pulled in 10 rebounds in the loss.


Hanson 56, McCook Central Montrose 42

SALEM — Three players finished in double figures as Hanson defeated McCook Central Montrose Tuesday.

AJ Wilber had 14 points, five rebounds, a block and a steal, Ben Wilber tallied 10 points, 13 rebounds and two blocks, Tye Hernandez recorded 10 points, while Sutton Dewald had nine points in the victory.

MCM’s Mason Sabers had 13 points, seven rebounds, three steals and two assists, Jackson Schmidt tallied 10 points, seven rebounds and a steal, Lane Deutsch had eight points and a steal, while Owen Schmidt tallied six points in the loss.


Mobridge-Pollock 56, Aberdeen Roncalli 43

MOBRIDGE — Mobridge-Pollock pulled away late to defeat Aberdeen Roncalli during Tuesday’s high school boys basketball action.

Kale Knudson recorded a team-high 12 points, Shooter Frederick had 11 points, Shaner Henderson poured in 10 points, Easton Eisemann tallied nine points, while Jackson Eisemann had eight points in the loss.

Roncalli’s Jesse Hernandez and Brodey Weinmeister each had 12 points, Sam Larson added seven points, while Aiden Fisher and Parker Grieker each had five points in the loss.


Deuel 64, Deubrook Area 60

CLEAR LAKE — Gabe Sather’s 20-point outing powered the Cardinals to a victory over Deubrook Area Tuesday.

Sather had 20 points, eight rebounds and two assists, Caleb Ronne recorded 16 points, three rebounds and two assists, Sutton Benck had 10 points, while Caden Finnesan tallied nine points in the contest.

DA’s Chance Schoenfeld and Braxton Bednarek each had a team-high 14 points, Joshua Moberg recorded 13 points, while Isaac Gaas had seven points in the loss.


Ipswich 53, North Central 43

ROSCOE — Ipswich took down North Central during Tuesday’s high school boys basketball action.

Ipswich’s Max Kulesa recorded 16 points, Jaxon Holt had 14 points, Kyle Hettich tallied 12 points, while Tucker Kadlec recorded eight points in the win.

NC’s Donovan Nelson led the Thunder with 13 points, Cole Beitelspacher had 10 points, Kobe Wherry recorded nine points while Zane Haar had five points in the loss.


Platte-Geddes 56, Kimball-White Lake 25

KIMBALL — Platte-Geddes’ Braxton Breukelman recorded 21 points as the Black Panthers defeated Kimball-White Lake during Tuesday’s high school boys basketball action.

Breukelman totaled a game-high 21 points, Max Miller had 16 points, while Hayden Sprik tallied eight points for PG.

KWL’s Park Sinclair and Jay Dee Gough each had 10 points, including four rebounds by Gough, while Cooper Leiferman roped in four rebounds in the loss.


Wausa (Neb.) 63, Gayville-Volin 44

GAYVILLE — Gayville-Volin fell short during Tuesday’s high school boys basketball action.

The Raiders were led by Spencer Karstens recording 11 points and five rebounds, Preston Kartsens tallied eight points, Will Pirak had eight points, while Nate Selchert tallied six rebounds in the loss.


North Central (Neb.) 53, Burke 29

BURKE — Burke lost to North Central, Nebraska, during Tuesday’s boys basketball action.

Burke’s Hudson Fuhrer tallied 10 points, Brody Indahl had seven points, while Quinten Bull had 10 rebounds in the loss.

Sanborn Central-Woonsocket 61, Hitchcock-Tulare 28

HITCHCOCK — Class B No. 3 Sanborn Central-Woonsocket defeated Hitchcock-Tulare during Tuesday’s high school girls basketball action.

Liz Boschee had 17 points, seven rebounds and eight blocks, Kaylie Robinson totaled 15 points, five rebounds, five assists and seven steals, while Alexa Goertz tallied 11 points.

HT’s Katelyn Schroeder recorded 13 points in the loss.


Lyman 59, Sully Buttes 16

PRESHO — Mak Scott poured in 18 points for Lyman in its victory over Sully Buttes during Tuesday’s high school girls basketball action.

Scott had 18 points, and four rebounds and three steals, Kenzie Wagner recorded 10 points, four rebounds and two steals, Jordynn Scott totaled 10 points, three rebounds and five steals, Bree Smart had eight points, while Ella Ehlers and Brooke Palmer each tallied six points in the win.

Faulkton Area 46, Sunshine Bible Academy 25

MILLER — Three players finished in double figures as Faulkton Area beat Sunshine Bible Academy Tuesday.

Anika Mueller had 13 points, four rebounds and two assists, Presleigh Martinmaas recorded 12 points, three rebounds and five assists, Carley Cotton tallied 10 points, eight rebounds, three assists and five steals, while Anna Aesoph had six points and three rebounds in the win.

SBA”s Abby Hinman tallied 11 points, four rebounds, five steals and two assists, Breanna Thieman tallied six points, nine rebounds and three steals, while Soleil and Ciera Mickelson each had four points in the loss.


Lennox 60, Dell Rapids 42

LENNOX — Lennox defeated Dell Rapids during Tuesday’s high school girls basketball action.

Libby Kranz had 12 points and three rebounds, Ryan Hanssen recorded 12 points, seven rebounds and three assists, while Bergan Musser tallied nine points and three rebounds in the win.

DR’s Rorie Thorson had 14 points and three rebounds, Jersi Schultz tallied 11 points and two rebounds, while Josie Price totaled 10 points and two rebounds in the loss.


Northwestern 62, Wilmot 34

WILMOT — Ashley Haven totaled 24 points for Northwestern during its Tuesday night victory over Wilmot.

Haven tallied 24 points, nine rebounds and two blocks, Sophia Troske had 16 points, three rebounds and two steals, Adriana Ratigan had nine points, 10 rebounds and two blocks, while Ella Boekelheide racked up six points, 13 rebounds, four assists and two steals in the win.

Wilmot’s Addison Heinje tallied 22 points, four rebounds and 12 steals, Jada Cameron recorded seven points and three rebounds, while Lorn Harstad had three points and three rebounds in the loss.

ROSCOE — Ipswich defeated North Central in high school girls basketball action Tuesday.

Gabby Wald had 18 points for Ipswich, Kaylin Onken tallied 10 points, Brianna Geditz poured in eight points, while Anna Nierman totaled five points in the win.

NC’s Amree Vander Vorst totaled a game-high 20 points dropping in four three-pointers, Carleigh Dosch had nine points, while Ella Batie tallied eight points in the loss.


Centerville 63, Freeman Academy/Marion 26

CENTERVILLE — Class B No. 1 Centerville picked up the win over Freeman Academy/Marion in high school girls basketball Tuesday.

Izzie Eide tallied 18 points, four rebounds, four assists and three steals, Althea Gust recorded 11 points, five assists, two rebounds and a block, Emma Marshall had 12 points, four rebounds, four steals and two assists, Tessa Eide totaled seven points, four steals, while Keira Austin cracked six points and three assists in the win.

BURKE — Burke picked up a high school girls basketball victory Tuesday night.

Emmie Hausmann tallied 19 points, Paige Bull had 18 points and four rebounds, Olivia Bull had four rebounds and four assists, while Annie Connot tallied four steals in the win.


Highmore-Harrold 54, James Valley Christian 11

HIGHMORE — Highmore-Harrold defeated James Valley Christian during Tuesday’s high school basketball action.

Elle Stagg recorded 11 points and three assists, Jada Baloun had 17 points and three steals, Tenley McDonnell tallied nine points and three steals, Addison McDonnell recorded four points, while Autumn Fallis had four points and four assists in the win.

Harding County 53, Bowman (N.D.) 50

BUFFALO — Teagen Homelvig and Landyn Gerbig combined for 47 points during Harding County’s victory Tuesday.

Homelvig had 27 points on 61% shooting and 11 rebounds, Gerbig tallied 20 points and 14 rebounds, while Reagan Stadheim had three points in the win.


Harrisburg 51, Sioux Falls Lincoln 36

HARRISBURG — Harrisburg took down Sioux Falls Lincoln during Tuesday’s high school girls basketball action.

Kinley Lawrenson had 12 points and seven rebounds, Logan Durnil tallied 10 points, while Mya Johnson recorded 10 points in the win as well.

Lincoln’s Emerson Robertson racked up 12 points in the loss.
