MITCHELL — Gregory’s Kade Stukel and Andes Central/Dakota Christian’s Abigail Svatos captured individual titles at Tuesday’s Region 4B golf tournament. 

Stukel fired a 1-over-par 73, finishing ahead of Corsica-Stickney’s Shad Bosma (75), Hanson’s Ben Wilber (76) and Gregory’s Eli Fogel (76). Platte-Geddes’ Dawson Hoffman (77) rounded out the top-five golfers at Mitchell’s Lakeview Golf Course.

Svatos won the girls individual title with an 11-over-par 83, followed by Burke’s Adisyn Indahl (85) and Olivia Bull (89). Gregory’s Jessy Jo VanDerWerff (94) placed fourth. Scotland/Menno’s Evie Foss (100), Bon Homme’s Jaden Kortan (100) and Platte-Geddes’ Mallory Gant (100) tied for fifth place. 

The Gregory boys won the team title with a 230, while Hanson also qualified for state with a 247. 

The Burke girls won the team title with a 280. Mount Vernon/Plankinton (324) placed second and also qualified for state.
