Winner/Colome 17, Parkston Post 194 6 (6 innings)

WINNER — Rocky Wiedman drove in nine runs as Winner/Colome pulled past Parkston Post 194 for an American Legion baseball win on Friday. 

Wiedman finished 4 of 5, including two doubles and a triple. Landon Calhoon added four hits and drove in two runs. Ethan Bartels and Aiden Barfuss had two hits apiece, while Barfuss drove in two runs. Pierce Nelson and Zach Olson each had hits for Winner/Colome, which scored 10 runs in the sixth inning and recorded 14 total hits. Winner/Colome trailed 6-3 after the second inning. 

Calhoon earned the win after striking out six batters, allowing six hits, four earned runs and two walks in his five-inning start. 

For Parkston, Brayden Jervik had two hits and drove in four runs. Luke Bormann, Caden Donahue, Brody Boettcher and Mason Reiner each had hits. Boettcher took the loss after allowing two hits, one earned run, one walk and struck out one batter in one relief inning. 

Alexandria Post 41 12, Colton Post 206 2 (5 innings)

COLTON — Alexandria Post 41 used a nine-run fourth inning to help secure an American Legion baseball win on Friday. 

Jackson Jarding hammered a three-run homer for Alexandria, while Hadley Wallace and Sutton Dewald both drove in three runs. Jayce Slaba, Hayden Schroeder, Brayden Bahmuller, Riley Haynes and Ben Wilber each had hits. Slaba earned the win after three strikeouts, three hits allowed, zero runs and walked two batters in his four-inning start. 

Noah Haynes finished 2 of 3 and drove in a run for Post 206. 

Sioux Falls Post 15 3, Rapid City Post 22 2

SIOUX FALLS — Sioux Falls Post 15 edged Rapid City Post 22 for an American Legion baseball win on Friday. 

Jack Smith, Andrew Glovich, Dylan Rippentrop, Tate Schafer and Ryan Hirsch each had hits in the win. Myles Rees earned the win after six strikeouts, six hits allowed and two earned runs allowed in his six-inning start. 

For Rapid City Post 22, Wyatt Reeder had two hits and drove in a run. Harrison Good, Hayden Holec, Philip Bentz and Zeke Farlee each had hits. Hayden Leighty took the loss after allowing five hits, one earned run and struck out three batters in his six-inning start. 

Rapid City Post 320 5, Sioux Falls West 1

SIOUX FALLS — Rapid City Post 320 picked up an American Legion baseball win over Sioux Falls West on Friday. 

Jett Wetzler finished with three hits and two RBI. Joe Corwin had two hits, while Ryan Rufledt, Isaac Dike, Jack Ammerman and Kolby Denke each had hits. Tyson Ness earned the win after five strikeouts, four hits allowed and one earned run in his six-inning start. 

For Sioux Falls West, Noah Verdoorn had two hits. Ryan Rysavy drove in the lone run. Grant Prouty took the loss after scattering nine hits, allowing four earned runs, two walks and struck out five batters in his six-inning start.
