HOWARD — Sanborn Central/Woonsocket’s Elizabeth Boschee captured four first-place finishes at Tuesday’s Howard Tiger Relays. 

The junior won the 100-meter hurdles (:16.66), high jump (4-10) and long jump (15-7). Boschee also teamed up with Kaidence Fridley, Lainey Goertz and Alexa Goertz to win the sprint medley relay in 4:43.98. 

Iroquois/Lake Preston’s Hadlee Holt uncorked a throw of 41-feet in the shot put, which is currently the best mark in Class B. She also won the discus (119-4). 

Howard’s Melanie Calmus won the 100-meter dash (:13.03) and 200-meter dash (:27.37). Calmus anchored the winning 400-meter relay (:53.71) with Ellie Becker, Grace Lewis and Brooklyn Becker. 

De Smet won the 800-meter relay (1:54.24) and 1,600-meter relay (4:30.87).

In boys action, Bridgewater-Emery’s Holden Wollmann claimed first-place finishes in the 400-meter dash (:52.19) and 800-meter run (2:05.37). 

Howard’s Kolt Becker won the 200-meter dash (:25.01) and placed second in the 400-meter dash (:52.19). 

Howard’s Caden Schwader won the 1,600-meter run (5:11.66), to go along with second-place finishes in the 800-meter run (2:19.84) and 3,200-meter run (12:09.00). 

McCook Central/Montrose’s Jackson Schmidt won the shot put (46-10.5) and discus (131-7). 

SCW’s Grant Edwards earned first-place finishes in the triple jump (37-0) and 300-meter hurdles (:47.03).

De Smet won the 400-meter relay (:46.89), 800-meter relay (1:36.21) and 1,600-meter relay (3:52.65).
