FORT PIERRE — Behind six individual champions, the Philip/Kadoka Area/Wall Badlands Brawlers captured Saturday’s Stanley County Invitational team title. 

The Brawlers amassed 217 points, ahead of New Salem-Almont, North Dakota (141.5) and Stanley County (106). Lyman (92) and Bennett County (85) rounded out the top-five teams.

Individual champions for the Brawlers were Gatlin Cordes (106), Tukker Boe (120), Jace Blasius (157), Kale Crowser (165), Burk Blasius (190) and Jensen Fitch (215). 

Other in-state individual championships were claimed by Bennett County’s Maddux Risse (113), Stanley County’s Witt Myers (132), Lemmon/McIntosh’s Gage Anderson, (138), Lyman’s Brayden Oldenkamp (150), Lyman’s Rory McManus (175) and Lyman’s Louie Thiry (285).
