MADISON — Chamberlain’s Dakota Munger captured the individual title at the Madison Invitational on Tuesday. Munger recorded a 38 on the front nine and a 39 on the back nine to score a 77, edging Lennox’s Caleb Wipf (78) by one stroke. Four golfers tied for third, with Tea Area’s Keeton Newborg and Brady Sabers, Aberdeen Roncalli’s Sawyer Henrich, and Parkston’s Payton Koehn each scoring an 80.

Aberdeen Roncalli took home the team title, scoring 350, one stroke ahead of Tea Area (351). Chamberlain shot a 359 for third place, while Sioux Valley (362) and West Central (364) placed fourth and fifth, respectively.
