Sioux Falls Washington 46, Rapid City Central 33

RAPID CITY — Sioux Falls Washington bounced back from a tough opening round loss Thursday, earning a win Friday at the AA tournament in Rapid City. 

Ndjakalenga Mwenentanda led the Warriors with 17 points and ten rebounds. Brooklyn Harpe added 11 points, four rebounds and an assist. Bianca Meeks had a team leading five assists. 

Sioux Falls Washington plays Harrisburg on Saturday in the consolation championship.

Rapid City Central was led by Sadie Glade who hit a pair of 3-pointers and finished with 17 points. Josie Hill contributed seven points and six rebounds. 

The Cobblers play Sioux Falls Lincoln on Saturday in the seventh place game.

Harrisburg 55, Sioux Falls Lincoln 49

RAPID CITY — Harrisburg knocked down four free-throws in the final minutes to earn a win Friday at the Class AA tournament in Rapid City. 

Sydney Hybertson led the Tigers with 17 points. Emilee Boyer finished with 11 points, 11 rebounds and a team leading four assists. Kayleigh Hybertson added eight points and five rebounds for the Tigers. 

Harrisburg takes on Sioux Falls Washington Saturday in the AA consolation championship. 

Adyson Sand knocked down 7-of-9 3-pointers and finished with 21 points to lead Sioux Falls Lincoln. Mariah Siem added 14 points for the Patriots. 

Sioux Falls Lincoln takes on Rapid City Central Saturday in the seventh place game. 

Rapid City Stevens 54, Sioux Falls Jefferson 43

RAPID CITY — For a second consecutive year the Rapid City Stevens girls are headed to the Class AA state championship game. The Raiders received double-figure scoring from two players Friday to power their way to the title game. 

Bailey Sobczak muscled her way to 17 points and seven rebounds. Jayda McNabb bounced back from an off-day Thursday with a 12 points, nine rebound, five assists game. Taaliyah Porter scored nine points with Macey Wathen adding eight points. 

Rapid City Stevens plays Sioux Falls O’Gorman in Saturday’s championship game. 

Sioux Falls Jefferson was led by Cierra Watkins who finished with 11 points and four rebounds. Taliyah Hayes added ten points with Jaidyn Dunn scoring eight points and grabbing 15 rebounds.

Sioux Falls Jefferson will play Brandon Valley Saturday for third place. 

Sioux Falls O’Gorman 50, Brandon Valley 37

RAPID CITY — Sioux Falls O’Gorman used a strong start and a big third-quarter to earn a win Friday advancing to the Class AA championship game. 

Hannah Ronsiek led O’Gorman with 16 points. Mahli Abdouch knocked down three, 3-pointers on her way to a 14 point five assist night. Bergen Reilly chipped in with nine points and a team leading ten rebounds.

Sioux Falls O’Gorman meets Rapid City Stevens Saturday for the Class AA championship. 

Hilary Behrens knocked down three, 3-pointers and finished with 20 points to pace Brandon Valley. Kylie Foss added five points and eight rebounds for the Lynx. 

Brandon Valley plays Sioux Falls Jefferson Saturday for third place.
