MITCHELL — Behind five individual champions the Pierre girls easily captured Tuesday’s ESD conference tournament on Tuesday.

The Governors amassed 152 points ahead of Harrisburg (69) and Aberdeen Central (66). Brookings (47) and Huron (46) rounded out the top five teams. 

Dani Ringstmeyer (126), Hattie Baldwin (154), Ireland Templeton (170), Marlee Shorter (190) and Ciara McFarling (285) all won titles for Pierre. 

Other individual championships were claimed by Mitchell’s Frankie Kranz (106), Aberdeen Central’s Madyson Gillen (113), Harrisburg’s Regina Stoeser (120), Brookings’ Johanna Steinlicht and Yankton’s Nevaeh Leonard (142).
