MITCHELL — The Harrisburg boys golf team holds leads in the team and individual standings after Day 1 of the Class AA state golf tournament at Lakeview Golf Course in Mitchell on Monday. Day 2 of the tournament tees off at 9 a.m. on Tuesday.

Harrisburg’s Riley Christensen leads the individual standings with a score of 68, while Harrisburg’s Hayden Scott and Pierre’s Nicklaus Bothun are tied for second place with scores of 70 each. Pierre’s Sawyer Sonnenschein and Harrisburg’s Parker Schultz are tied for fourth place with scores of 71 apiece.

Harrisburg leads in the team standings with a score of 286, followed by Pierre (294) and O’Gorman (304) in second and third place. Watertown (309) and Mitchell (311) are in fourth and fifth place.
