Imagine strapping on your catcher gear on the hottest day of the summer and playing a game under difficult conditions.

Imagine taking that catchers gear off for about 25 minutes then putting it back on to catch another game, the state championship game of the Class B American Legion state tournament.

Some very difficult conditions for both Vermillion and Winner/Colome yesterday as temperatures soared past 105 degrees.
