Howard hosts Hanson in a Cornbelt Conference basketball doubleheader tonight. 

The girls contest starts at 6:15 p.m., with the boys game to follow and it can be watched at Hanson School. 

The Hanson boys are 5-2, while the Howard boys are 6-2 on the season. On the girls side, Howard is 6-3 and Hanson is 7-3.

Wagner hosts O’Neill, Neb. in a basketball doubleheader

The girls game starts at 6:15 p.m., with the boys game to follow. The Wagner girls catapulted into the No. 1 spot in this week’s Class A girls basketball poll and is the lone undefeated team in the class.

Corsica-Stickney hosts ACDC in a girls action

The Corsica-Stickney girls are No. 2 in this week’s Class B girls basketball poll.

Corsica-Stickney is 9-2 and Andes Central/Dakota Christian is 8-1.

The game is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. and can be viewed on Corsica-Stickney Jaguars Live.


Wall hosts Custer in a girls contest 

The Wall girls have won nine in a row and are 10-1 on the season. Custer is 5-3 on the season.

The contest is set to begin at 7 p.m. and can be seen on Wall Eagles Live.

Avon hosts Viborg-Hurley in doubleheader

Viborg-Hurley travels to Avon for a boys and girls basketball doubleheader. The girls contest starts at 6:15 p.m., with the boys game to follow. Both the Viborg-Hurley teams are receiving votes in the latest Class B polls. The doubleheader can be watched at Avon Pirates Live.


White River girls travel to Lyman

Class B No. 4 White River plays at Lyman in a girls contest in Presho at 8 p.m. 

White River, which won last year’s Class B state championship, is 6-2 this season and is led by Dakota Wesleyan University signee Maleighya Estes. Lyman is 2-6 this season. The contest can be watched at Lyman Raiders Live.
