O'Gorman leads in team and individual standings after Round 1 of City Golf Championship

SIOUX FALLS — The O’Gorman Knights hold the lead in both the individual and team standings after Round 1 of the City Golf Championship at Elmwood Golf Course on Monday. Round 2 will be played on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at Prairie Green Golf Course.

O’Gorman shot a 291 to lead in the team standings, followed by Sioux Falls Jefferson (312). Sioux Falls Lincoln (324), Sioux Falls Roosevelt (361), and Sioux Falls Washington (423) round out the team standings.

Individually, O’Gorman’s Taten Mauney and Nolan Cinco are tied for first place after shooting an even par 72 in Round 1. O’Gorman’s Radley Mauney (73), Will Hurd (74), and Mac Drake (75) round out the top five.
