VOLGA — Sioux Valley’s Kyler Bezdichek captured individual medalist honors and led the Cossacks to a team title at the Sioux Valley Boys Golf Invite on Monday.

Bezdichek led with a score of 76, while Milbank’s Jonathan DeBoer followed with a score of 77. Sioux Valley’s Kyan Overbo (78) and Jack Opitz (79) finished third and fourth, respectively, while Flandreau’s Kaden Burshiem rounded out the top five with a score of 80.

Sioux Valley also won the team title with a score of 324 from the Blue team, while Aberdeen Roncalli finished 12 strokes back with a score of 336. Sioux Valley Gold rounded out the top three with a score of 341.
