EUGENE, Ore. — The Nike Outdoor Nationals at the University of Oregon’s Hayward Field is June 12-15. 

The prestigious event features athletes from around the country, including several South Dakotans. 

The girls South Dakota athletes in the field include: Sioux Falls Christian’s Corinne Braun (800-meter run, one-mile run), Anna Vyn (800-meter run), Sioux Valley’s Isabelle Bloker (one-mile run, two-mile run), Sioux Falls Washington’s Nyariek Kur (long jump, triple jump), Rapid City Christian’s Kayla Dilka (shot put) and Dakota Valley’s Alex McCullough (800-meter run, one-mile run). Sioux Falls Christian will also have girls teams in the 400-meter relay, 800-meter relay and 1,600-meter sprint medley relay. 

The boys South Dakota athletes in the field include: Custer’s Kincade Lehman (triple jump), Lakota Tech’s Gilbert White (high jump, triple jump), Yankton’s Dylan Payer (one-mile run), Sturgis’ Levi Brant (javelin) and Sturgis’ Ephraim Brant (100-meter dash). Yankton will also have boys teams in the 1,600-meter relay and 1,600-meter sprint medley relay.
