Clark 6, Flandreau Blue Teal 3 

BRANDON — Clark clipped Flandreau Blue Teal for a Class B amateur baseball victory on Friday.

Bryce DesLauriers led Clark with two hits and two RBIs. Grayson Florey and Braedon Zaug each had hits. Brent Griffith and Andrew Magedanz both drove in runs. Hudson Fuller struck out two batters, allowed five hits, zero runs and zero walks in a complete-game performance.

For Flandreau, Emmot Nathan drove in three runs. Tash Lunday had two hits, while Hunter Den Boer, Kolby Peters and Tanner Christensen each had hits. Lunday struck out six batters, allowed four hits, zero runs and zero walks in eight innings. 


Milbank 5, Wynot (Neb.) 3 

BRANDON — Dom Boerger struck out 12 batters to power Milbank to a Class B amateur baseball win on Friday.

Boerger allowed eight hits, two earned runs, two walks and struck out 12 batters in a complete-game performance. Boerger also had a hit. 

Taylor Boerger and Isaac Schulte had two hits and an RBI apiece. Kaden Krause and Brady Krause added hits.

For Wynot, Lee Heimes drove in two runs. Peyton Wieseler and Michael Drotzmann had two hits apiece. Drotzmann drove in a run. Landon Wieseler struck out five batters, allowed one hit, one earned run and walked five batters in three innings. 


Kimball/White Lake 8, Groton 2 

BRANDON — Dylan Konechne drove in three runs to pace Kimball/White Lake to a Class B amateur baseball win over Groton on Friday.

Konechne finished 2-for-5, while Dylanger Pierson had two hits and drove in two runs. Trent Wookey, Caleb Crist and Jaxon Christensen each drove in runs. Mitchell Price earned the win, striking out five batters, allowing seven hits, zero runs and walked one batter. Crist struck out two batters, allowed three hits, one earned run and walked two batters in two relief innings for the save.

For Groton, Bradin Althoff totaled three hits and drove in two runs. Jonah Schmidt added two hits. Ryan Groeblinghoff took the loss, allowing seven hits, four earned runs and struck out four batters in five innings. 

 

Castlewood 15, Crofton (Neb.) 2 (7 innings) 

BRANDON — Gus Steiger drove in five runs to pace Castlewood to a Class B amateur baseball tourney win on Friday.

Steiger finished 2-for-3 with two triples and hit an inside the park home run. Alex Gauer had two hits and drove in three runs. Aidan Stewart and Adam Ching drove in two runs apiece. Gauer struck out four batters, allowed one hit, two earned runs and walked four batters in six innings. 

For Crofton, Connor Merriam and Colton Schieffer each had hits. Merriam drove in a run. Zach Hegge struck out three batters, allowed four hits, five earned runs and walked two batters.
