Chamberlain captures team, individual awards at Winner Invite

WINNER — The Chamberlain boys golf team captured the team title at the Winner Invitational at the Winner Country Club on Tuesday.

The Cubs won the title with a score of 346, seven strokes ahead of Winner (353). Pierre carded a 394 for third place, while Mobridge-Pollock (424) and Todd County (488) rounded out the team standings.

Individually, Chamberlain’s Dakota Munger scored a 76 to take home individual honors, while Winner’s Karson Keiser (83) and Chamberlain’s Sandler Wiekamp (84) finished second and third, respectively. Winner’s Maxton Brozik (88) and Chamberlain’s London Houska (88) rounded out the top five.
