The Class A South Dakota Legion baseball playoffs start Wednesday, July 24 with best-of-three series’ to determine who will make the eight-team tournament from July 30-Aug. 3 in Brookings.

Brookings finished as the No. 8 seed but received an automatic bid since it will host the 2024 state Legion tournament.

Harrisburg Gold (18-0) is the No. 1 seed heading into the playoffs, finishing the regular season undefeated against South Dakota Legion teams.

Each best-of-three series must be played between July 24-July 27

No. 2 Rapid City Post 22 (18-2) vs. No. 14 Huron (4-17)

No. 3 Renner Royals (16-4) vs. No. 13 Spearfish (10-14)

No. 4 Sioux Falls East (19-6) vs. No. 12 Harrisburg Maroon (12-15)

No. 5 Watertown (24-9) vs. No. 11 Pierre (9-16)

No. 6 Yankton (14-8) vs. No. 10 Sioux Falls West (14-18)

No. 7 Aberdeen Smittys (18-12) vs. No. 9 Brandon Valley (9-11)
