Rapid City Christian 72, Douglas 61

BOX ELDER — Class A No. 4 Rapid City Christian used a balanced-scoring attack to pick up a boys basketball win over Douglas.

Rapid City Christian’s Julius Frog scored a game-high 28 points. Peyton Glenn scored nine points, all on 3-pointers. Aiden Roberts added eight points. Simon Kieffer and Sully Kieffer recorded seven points apiece. Jadon Moreno had six points. 

For Douglas, Brock Morgan had 15 points. Isaiah Brewer scored 12 points. Connor Wright finished with nine points, all on 3-pointers. Caden Walters scored six points. 


Clark-Willow Lake 46, Sioux Valley 42

CLARK — Clark-Willow Lake pulled out the victory over Sioux Valley during Saturday’s high school boys basketball action.

Sully Felberg led the Cyclone scoring with 23 points, 13 rebounds and two steals, Bo Begeman recorded 12 points, seven rebounds and a steal, Chris Bevers had five points, two rebounds and six steals, while Emmerson Larson totaled four points, seven rebounds and three steals in the win.

SV’s Maverick Nelson had 25 points and seven rebounds, Brock Christopherson and Braden Danzeisen each had six points, Tobin Squires pulled down seven rebounds, while Carter Sapp had four points in the loss for the Cossacks.


Mobridge-Pollock 60, Sisseton 31

MOBRIDGE — Mobridge-Pollock rolled past Sisseton for a boys basketball win on Saturday.

Mobridge-Pollock’s Shane Henderson finished with 17 points and nine rebounds. Jackson Eisemann added 14 points, while Shooter Frederick had 10 points. Kale Knudson finished with eight points. 

For Sisseton, Derrick Flute had eight points and Vincent Donnell added six points. Hayden Hellwig scored five points.


Madison 65, Elk Point-Jefferson 51

ELK POINT — Madison picked up a Saturday night victory over Elk Point-Jefferson in high school boys basketball action.

Ben Brooks recorded 21 points, 13 rebounds, five blocks and four assists, and three steals, Myles Schneider had 12 points and seven rebounds, Casyn Crabtree tallied nine points and five rebounds, Brody Cummins had seven points, two rebounds and two assists, while Shane Veenhof recorded six points, six rebounds and a steal in the win.

EPJ’s Aiden Hammitt had 14 points and two rebounds, Landon Johnsen tallied 10 points, nine rebounds and a steal, Ashton Fairbanks had nine points and three assists, while Benjamin Prouty totaled six points, three rebounds and three steals in the loss.


Campbell County (Wyo.) 76, Pine Ridge 66

GILLETTE, Wyo. — Pine Ridge dropped a 10-point decision against Campbell County in Saturday high school boys basketball action.

Pine Ridge’s Marvin Richard III poured in a game-high 35 points. Anthony Steele added 20 points and Anthony Little scored seven points.


McCook Central/Montrose 55, Parker 32

SALEM — McCook Central/Montrose coasted past Parker for a boys basketball win on Saturday.

Lane Deutsch recorded 13 points and hit three 3-pointers. Ben Wiebersick added 12 points, nine rebounds and three steals. Mason Sabers had nine points and four steals. Jackson Schmidt had six points and seven rebounds. Zane McCormick and Owen Schmidt scored five points apiece. McCormick had five rebounds. 

For Parker, Landon Wieman had 10 points and 11 rebounds. Myles Meyer had six points, while Luke Travnicek had five points. 


Leola/Frederick Area 70, Langford Area 28

LANGFORD — Westyn Thorpe and Winston Clark combined for 30 points to pace Leola/Frederick Area to a boys basketball win on Saturday. 

Thorpe finished with 17 points and Clark added 13 points. Erik Losure netted eight points. Gavin Nickelson added seven points, while Milo Sumption and Jace Thorpe scored six points apiece. 

For Langford Area, Kassen Keough tossed in 16 points. 


Sanborn Central/Woonsocket 71, Sunshine Bible Academy 26

WOONSOCKET — Sanborn Central/Woonsocket rolled past Sunshine Bible Academy for a boys basketball win on Saturday.

SCW’s Sam Baruth finished with 20 points, eight rebounds and three steals. McCoy Schultz scored 15 points and added five steals. Evan Easton added seven points and three rebounds. Landon Jensen had six points. Grant Edwards added five points.
