Rapid City Central 69, Sturgis 56

RAPID CITY — Three players scored in double figures to pace Rapid City Central to a boys basketball win on Thursday.

Rapid City Central’s Julian Duran scored 20 points and Weiland Benbo had 14 points. Preston Yellow scored 10 points. 

For Sturgis, Hayden Rock poured in a game-high 31 points. Gage West scored 12 points, while Jaxon Cano and Jack Jolley scored five points apiece. 


Clark/Willow Lake 58, Hamlin 50

CLARK — Three players scored in double figures as Class A No. 3 Clark/Willow Lake clipped Class A No. 4 Hamlin in boys basketball action on Thursday.

CWL’s Sully Felberg finished with 25 points, six rebounds and three blocked shots. Chris Bevers totaled 13 points, eight rebounds and three 3-pointers. Bo Begeman added 10 points and six rebounds. Emmerson Larson recorded six points. Jakob Steen had four points and five rebounds. 

For Hamlin, Boden Stevenson finished with 21 points, four rebounds and three 3-pointers. Jackson Wadsworth recorded 19 points. Jack Stormo and Aiden Abraham scored five points apiece. 


Pine Ridge 75, Todd County 57

PINE RIDGE — Marvin Richard III powered Pine Ridge to a boys basketball win on Thursday.

Richard III tossed in 39 points, while Donnie Ghost Dog added 12 points.

For Todd County, Kendrik Easter and Ciante Black Spotted Horse scored 13 points apiece.


Milbank 64, Webster Area 54

MILBANK — Three players scored in double figures as Milbank defeated Webster Area in boys basketball action Thursday.

Ryan Keeton led the Bulldogs with 19 points, Sam Rick added 13 points, six rebounds and three assists, Lincoln Holscher tallied 11 points, Emmett Snaza added six points and four rebounds, Layten Osowski totaled six points and five rebounds while Jack Howard totaled five points and six rebounds in the win.

For WA, Seth Lesnar led the Bearcats with 15 points, Jeron McCremry added 12 points and six rebounds, Matthew Mount recorded 11 points while Jack Shoemaker netted eight points and seven rebounds in the loss.


Dupree 60, Lower Brule 56

LOWER BRULE — Three players scored in double figures as Dupree edged Lower Brule in boys basketball action on Thursday.

Dupree’s Tre White Wolf scored 17 points and Jayden Marshall had 14 points. Cruz Birkeland finished with 12 points. Dayson Kennedy scored seven points and Ricco Swallow added six points.

For Lower Brule, Kristian Antelope had 11 points. Nate Middletent and Josiah Whitney added 10 points apiece. Bradley LaForge scored nine points, while Ethan Thigh totaled eight points. Nic Flute scored six points.


Canistota 45, Irene-Wakonda 39

CANISTOTA — Three players scored in double figures to push Canistota to a boys basketball win over Irene-Wakonda Thursday.

Caleb Schroeder led the Hawks with 12 points and 10 rebounds, Prayden Acheson added 10 points, 10 rebounds, three assists and two steals while Arik Hansen recorded 10 points, six rebounds and three steals in the win.

For IW, Hayden Hansen tallied 16 points, six rebounds, four steals and two assists while Brody Johnke added 12 points, nine rebounds and four assists in the loss.


Viborg-Hurley 51, Howard 31

HOWARD — Brady Schroedermier and Jake Austin powered Class B No. 4 Viborg-Hurley to a boys basketball win on Thursday.

Schroedermier finished with 21 points and three 3-pointers. Austin added 19 points. 

For Howard, Caden Schwader scored 13 points and Owen Feldhaus added 10 points.


Parker-Marion 69, Scotland-Menno 53

MENNO — Colin Robertson and Landon Wieman combined for 33 points as Parker-Marion defeated Scotland-Menno in boys basketball action Thursday.

Robertson led the Pheasants with 17 points, Wieman added 16 points while Jackson Donlan recorded nine points in the win.

For SM, Izayah Ulmer had 27 points and seven rebounds, Hunter Clark tallied seven points while Hunter Yosten added eight rebounds in the loss.


Deuel 52, Aberdeen Roncalli 44

CLEAR LAKE — Jaxtin Winter and Troy Jenson guided Deuel to a boys basketball win over Aberdeen Roncalli Thursday.

Winter finished with a team-high 18 points with four rebounds while Jenson added 16 points, five rebounds and four steals. Sutton Benck had eight points, Nolan Gubrud had seven points and three rebounds while Kyle Finnesand brought down 16 rebounds with three steals and three blocks in the win.

For Roncalli, Jesse Hernandez netted 20 points and three steals while Bryson Olson added six points and eight rebounds in the loss.


Bridgewater-Emery 52, Hanson 39

ALEXANDRIA — Ben Weber and Holden Wollmann powered Bridgewater-Emery to a boys basketball win on Thursday.

Weber totaled 30 points and four assists. Wollmann added 16 points and eight rebounds.

For Hanson, Jett Jager finished with 13 points and six rebounds. Conner Endorf scored 10 points, while Radek Jarding had seven points and seven rebounds. 


Sanborn Central/Woonsocket 72, Iroquois/Lake Preston 50

WOONSOCKET — Four players scored in double figures to power Class B No. 9 Sanborn Central/Woonsocket to a boys basketball win on Thursday.

Sam Baruth finished with 24 points and three rebounds. Grant Edwards recorded 17 points, while McCoy Schulz totaled 12 points and 10 boards. Landon Jensen added 11 points, four assists, three rebounds and three steals. 

For ILP, Ervin Carter scored 16 points and Aiden Query had five points. 


Deubrook Area 72, Elkton-Lake Benton 49

WHITE — Chance Schoenfeld and Isaac Gass powered Deubrook Area to a boys basketball win on Thursday.

Schoenfeld finished with 20 points, while Gass had 17 points and three 3-pointers. Braxton Bednarek had nine points. Charlie Olsen and Joshua Moberg scored five points apiece.

For ELB, Joseph Nibbe scored 12 points. Colt Beck added 10 points. Myles Poindexter had nine points, while Eliot Erickson scored six points. 


Ipswich 67, Gettysburg 58

IPSWICH — Three players scored in double figures to power Ipswich to a boys basketball win on Thursday.

Ipswich’s Jaxon Holt tossed in 23 points, hit seven 3-pointers and grabbed seven rebounds. Shay Knust totaled 19 points, nine rebounds and seven assists. Hayden Schlosser added 18 points and eight boards. Josh Rausch scored six points.

For Gettysburg, Jerand Chase totaled 21 points, four rebounds, four assists and three 3-pointers. Boston Brown added 14 points, seven rebounds and three 3-pointers. Jack Simon had eight points and five boards. Jensen Zweber and Joseph Stanley had six points apiece.
