HILL CITY — Behind three individual champions the Belle Fourche wrestlers won the team title at Saturday’s Black Hills Conference tournament in Hill City. 

The Broncs scored 169.5 points, ahead of Douglas/Rapid City Christian/New Underwood (160.5) and Custer (133). Spearfish (116) and Hot Springs (106) rounded out the top five teams. 

Belle Fourche champions were Cooper Conry (113) and Riley Dighton (150) and Owyn Schreder (165).

Tea Area edges Winner Area to claim tournament title at Tri-Valley Invitational

COLTON — Individual champions Tyler Woodring 126 and Chase DeBoer helped Tea Area claim the team title at Saturday’s Tri-Valley Invitational on Saturday. 

The Titans scored 224 points, ahead of Winner Area (216.5) and Kimball/White Lake/Platte-Geddes. Tri-Valley (179.5) and Bon Homme/Avon (164) rounded out the top five teams. 

Winner Area had five champions as Apollo Willuweit (106), Roukyn Robbins (113), Rylan Robbins (113), Karson Keiser (138) and Mason Curtis (215) all won titles. Kimball/White Lake/Platte-Geddes had three champions as Iden Myers (150), Carter Konechne (157) and Lucas Lenz (165) each won titles. 

Other individual championships went to Miller/Highmore-Harrold’s Chase Hurd (132), Aidan Wells (144), Tri-Valley’s Landyn Reiser (175) and Bon Homme/Avon’s Isaiah Crownover (190).
