Redfield Dairy Queen 12, Parkston Mudcats 3 (7 innings) 

PARKSTON — Noah Hainy homered and Peyton Osborn struck out four batters as Redfield Dairy Queen defeated the Parkston Mudcats in a non-league amateur baseball game on Saturday. 

Hainy finished 2-for-3 and hit a solo homer for Redfield, which had 13 hits. Camden Osborn tallied two hits and drove in two runs. Peyton Osborn, Brent Osborn and Elijah Morrissette each had two hits and drove in a run. Bennett Osborn and Keith Gall both drove in runs. 

Peyton Osborn allowed nine hits, three earned runs and issued two walks in the complete-game performance. 

For the Mudcats, Luke Bormann and Brayden Jervik both had two hits. Jervik drove in a run, while Kash Neugebauer knocked in two runs. Dillon Stadlman, Taite Klumb, Drew Braley and Kolter Kramer all had hits. Jeff Harris allowed six hits, six runs (one earned) and struck out zero batters in two innings. Jervik struck out four batters, allowed seven hits, five earned runs and walked one batter in five innings. 


Redfield Dairy Queen 8, Parkston Devil Rays 2

PARKSTON — Noah Hainy struck out seven batters and Peyton Osborn drove in four runs as Redfield Dairy Queen defeated the Parkston Devil Rays in a non-league amateur baseball game on Saturday.

Hainy allowed three hits, one earned run and walked three batters in the four-inning win. Nolan Gall struck out six batters, allowed one hit and zero runs in three relief innings. 

Peyton Osborn finished 2-for-4 and smacked a three-run homer in the first inning. Camden Osborn and Keith Gall had three hits apiece, with Camden Osborn driving in a run. Owen Osborn had two hits and an RBI. Hainy added a hit.

For the Devil Rays, Carter Sommer, James Deckert, Dylan Soulek and Landon Sudbeck had hits. Sommer drove in a run. Soulek took the loss, allowing 11 hits, seven earned runs, two walks and struck out four batters in six innings. 


Dimock-Emery Raptors 10, Lake Norden Lakers 8 

EMERY — Braydon Kreofsky struck out 11 batters as Dimock-Emery edged Lake Norden in a non-league amateur baseball game on Saturday.

Kreofsky allowed nine hits, five earned runs and walked two batters in seven innings. Drew Kitchens struck out three batters, allowed unearned runs and two walks in two relief innings. 

Colton Plagmann finished with three hits and drove in two runs. Kitchens had two hits and drove in two runs. Sam Pischke drove in three runs. Chase Arend and Steve Ernster had hits.

For Lake Norden, Josh Cleveland hit two home runs and drove in three runs. Jackson Noem finished with three hits, three RBIs and hit a homer. Trevor Thue added two hits. Kale Stevenson, George Jensen, Jesse VanOverbeke and Turner Stevenson had hits. Kale Stevenson took the loss, allowing three earned runs, six walks and struck out two batters in one relief inning. 


Sacred Heart Eagles 1, Castlewood Ravens 0

Kellen Benck struck out 10 batters in a non-league amateur baseball loss against Sacred Heart (Minnesota) on Saturday. 

Benck allowed four hits, one earned run and walked one batter in seven innings. Nate Phinney finished with two hits, while Gus Steiger, Lucas Ching and Brandon Longstreet each had hits.
