KIMBALL — The Kimball/White Lake boys and Wolsey-Wessington girls secured team titles at Thursday’s Lezlie Blasius Memorial Invite.

The KWL boys captured the team title with 109.5 points, clipping Chamberlain (105) and Avon (104.5). The WW girls won the team title with 119 points, ahead of Chamberlain (106) and Avon (71).

On the boys’ side, KWL’s Lincoln Kranig won the 100-meter dash (:11.42) and 200-meter dash (:23.00).

Chamberlain’s Isaac Shepherd won the 400-meter dash (:52.12) and the javelin throw (159-10).

KWL’s Alex Ekstrum captured the 800-meter run (2:18.62) and took second in the 1,600-meter run (5:14.04). Darron Moeller secured the 1,600-meter run (5:11.32) and the 3,200-meter race (10:32.50) for the WildKats.

Chamberlain’s Xavier Donovan won the 110-meter hurdles (:16.47).

WW’s Sawyer Nelson captured the 300-meter hurdles (:44.81).

Chamberlain’s Donovan, Jackson Cedarface, Shepherd and Austin Rose won the 400-meter relay (:45.77).

KWL’s Chevy Fees, WIlliam Brennan, Carter Konechne and Kranig captured the 800-meter relay (1:35.22).

WW’s Caleb Richmond, Nelson, Cooper Timm and Wyatt Koester secured the 1,600-meter relay (3:41.89) while Timm, Richmond, Koester and Breydyn Skipper captured the 1,600-meter sprint medley relay (3:49.89).

Tripp-Delmont/Armour’s Ashton Koster, Daylin Kok, Branson Kok and Andrew Bitterman won the 3,200-meter relay (9:13.76).

In the field events, Stanley County’s Jaxton Hoftiezer won the discus throw (138-06).

Avon’s Al’Shamon Gunter won the shot put title (46-09.25).

Chamberlain’s Tayten Johnson won the high jump (5-11).

Andes Central/Dakota Christian’s Jamian Medicine Horn secured the long jump event (21-01.50).

Mount Vernon/Plankinton’s Riley Mayer secured the triple jump title (41-08.00).

On the girls’ side, Wolsey-Wessington’s Danika Peterson won the 100-meter dash (:14.30) and the 200-meter dash (:28.99).

Chamberlain’s Grace Phillips captured the 400-meter dash (1:01.53) and the 3,200-meter run (11:54.78).

Mount Vernon/Plankinton’s Suri Schmidt won the 800-meter run (2:22.60).

WW’s Kendal Uttecht captured the 1,600-meter run (5:39.70).

MVP’s Brooklyn Bosma won the 100-meter hurdles (:17.13) while teammate Abigail Engelland won the 300-meter hurdles (:49.57).

WW’s Peterson, Eastlyn Burton, Shae Uttecht and Abby Huntsinger won the 400-meter relay (:53.78).

Stanley County’s Brianna Sargent, Brylee Larson, Austyn Norman and Addy Deal won the 800-meter relay (1:55.05).

Chamberlain’s Nicole Schmiedt, Silvana Houska, Sasha Van Den Bosch and Phillips won the 1,600-meter relay (4;17.86).

Avon’s Rilyn Thury, Hadlee Kracht, Emersyn Haenfler and Raegan Brant won the 3,200-meter relay (11:07.64).

Tripp-Delmont/Armour’s Mia Barnes, Cady Bitterman, Jordan Chessmore and Leah Dewald captured the 1,600-meter sprint medley relay (4:35.17).

In the field events, Chamberlain’s Piper Powell won the discus (112-03).

Avon’s Thury captured the javelin throw (118-10).

ACDC’s Halle Olson secured the shot put title (35-02.25).

WW’s Manon Houze secured the high jump (4-08) and long jump event (15-07.50).

Burke’s Daytona Paris took first place in the triple jump event (32-07.50).
