Leola-Frederick Area and Warner each landed a pair of players on the first team of the Lake Region Conference all-conference girls basketball team. 

Leola-Frederick Area’s Laura Sumption is the conference MVP and is joined on the first team by Warner’s Ava Nilsson and Kyra Marcuson, Faulkton Area’s Carley Cotton, Leola-Frederick Area’s Sofia Losure, Northwestern’s Adriana Ratigan and Langford Area’s Megan Gustafson. 

Warner’s Lauren Marcuson, Faulkton Area’s Kelli Stoecker, North Central’s Amree Vander Vorst and Ella Batie, Northwestern’s Tara Blachford and Ashley Haven, Langford Area’s Alex Darling and Aberdeen Christian’s Chloe Bosma were second-team selections. 

Faulkton Area’s Presleigh Martinmaas, Leola-Frederick Area’s Jillian Ellwein, Ipswich’s Marley Guthmiller, Langford Area’s Paytyn Marlow and Aberdeen Christian’s Chloe Holt were honorable mention honorees.
