The Big East Conference volleyball tournament is Sept. 7-9. The Sept. 7 matches are in Volga and Flandreau, while the Sept. 9 matches are in Baltic. 

In first-round action, No. 1 seed Chester Area plays No. 8 Parker and No. 4 McCook Central/Montrose plays No. 5 Sioux Valley, both matches are at 6 p.m. in Volga. The championship and consolation matches are at 7:30 p.m.

In Flandreau, No. 2 Baltic plays No. 7 Beresford and No. 3 Garretson plays No. 6 Flandreau, both matches are at 6 p.m. The championship and consolation matches are at 7:30 p.m.

The seventh, consolation, third place and championship matches are at noon-4:30 p.m. on Sept. 9 in Baltic.
