State tournament qualifiers Burke and Gayville-Volin landed four players on this year’s all-Great Plains Conference volleyball team. 

The Cougars, who finished third at the recent Class B volleyball tournament, were represented by Kailee Frank, Emmie Hausmann, Paige Bull and Kyrie Matucha. Gayville-Volin, which finished seventh at the Class B tourney, were represented by Maia Achen, Taylor Hoxeng, Jolie Westrum and Ayla Dimmer. 

Avon and Centerville also landed four players apiece on the all-conference team. Avon was represented by Rilyn Thury, Lila Vanderlei, Brielle Voigt and Jordyn Voigt. Centerville’s Kiera Austin, Althea Gust, Emma Marshall and Lillie Shearer were all-conference members.
