MISSION — The Cheyenne-Eagle Butte boys and Todd County girls won team titles at Friday’s Lakota Nation Invitational track and field meet. 

The CEB boys totaled 137 points, followed by Todd County (123) and White River (108). The Todd County girls scored 138 points, followed by CEB (127) and Mahpiya Luta (102). 

On the boys side, CEB’s Jackson Taken Alive won the 1,600-meter run (4:41.74), the 3,200-meter run (10:43.19) and took second in 800-meter run (2:08.35).

CEB’s Jayden Taken Alive won the 400-meter dash (:51.19), placed second in the 100-meter dash (:11.73) and in the 200-meter dash (:23.19) 

CEB’s Benjamin Ganje added a first-place finish in the triple jump (35-7.75). 

Todd County’s Ciante Black Spotted Horse won the 800-meter run (2:07.13). 

Todd County’s Jacob Allen won the 110-meter hurdles (:16.57) and took second in the 300-meter hurdles (:42.31). 

Todd County’s Bryson Edwards won the 300-meter hurdles (:42.12), the high jump (6-0) and placed second in the 110-meter hurdles (:17.53). 

TC’s Marcus Harris, Bane Yellow Eagle, Chris Ellert and Talan Iyotte won the 400-meter relay (:45.50). 

TC’s Keenan Boyd, Carver Rahn, Devan White Feather and Patrick Iron Cloud won the 800-meter relay (1:41.07). 

Harris won the long jump (19-2.25) for the Falcons. 

White River’s Hayden Hand, Elijah Haukaas, Kingston De’Sersa and Colton Waln won the 1,600-meter relay (3:38.58). De’Sersa, Haukaas, Caydn Brave Heart and Kaden Running Horse won the 3,200-meter relay (9:08.77). 

Hand, Waln, De’Sersa and Haukaas won the sprint medley relay (3:46.17). 

Rapid City Central’s Onzei Weaver won the 100-meter dash (:11.16) and the 200-meter dash (:22.14).

Lower Brule’s Nathaniel Middletent won the discus (128-6) and placed second in the javelin (125-10). 

White River’s Liam White Hat won the javelin (133-9) and took second in the shot put (38-6.5). 

Winner’s Langston Dutt won the shot put (39-6). 

On the girls side, Todd County’s Trinity Bettelyoun, Destiny Macias, Bre White Hat and Gabrielle Kenny won the 400-meter relay (:54.98). 

TC’s Addisyn Larvie, Wambli Herman, Racyn Colombe-Vocu and Tacea Running Horse won the 800-meter relay (2:00.82).  

TC’s Sienna Neck, Isabella Whipple, Elizabeth Moore and Bettelyoun won the 3,200-meter relay (13:28.67). 

Todd County’s Lizee DuBray won the discus (96-9) and javelin (78-11). 

CEB’s Isabella Ganje won the 100-meter dash (:13.36), placed second in the 200-meter dash (:28.16), the 400-meter dash (1:05.25) and the triple jump (30-5.25). 

CEB’s Aubree Miner won the 400-meter dash (1:05.18), 1,600-meter run (5:56.56) and 3,200-meter run (13:36.70). 

Mahpiya Luta’s Ashlan Carlow-Blount won the 200-meter dash (:27.22) and 300-meter hurdles (:45.22). Carlow-Blount, Payton Vitalis, Armanii Pettigrew and Keegan Carlow won the 1,600-meter relay (4:44.67). Carlow-Blount, Vitalis, Carlow and Melody Janis won the sprint medley relay (5:00.39). 

Mahpiya Luta’s Athena White Elk won the 800-meter run (2:57.13), placed second in the 3,200-meter run (15:15.66) and took third in the 1,600-meter run (6:38.08). 

Kaimana Newbrough won the long jump (15-3) for Mahpiya Luta. 

Pine Ridge’s Louise Pond won the triple jump (32-11), placed second in the 100-meter hurdles (:18.78) and 300-meter hurdles (:51.47). 

Rapid City Stevens’ Jalyn Tyon won the 100-meter hurdles (:18.57), while teammate Ava Fessler won the high jump (5-2). 

Lakota Tech’s Isabella Shangreaux won the shot put (31-2.5).
