The 2022 Dakota Valley Conference All-Conference team has been announced, with Elkton-Lake Benton leading the way with four selections. The Elks also won the conference tournament and regular season championships. 

Elkton-Lake Benton’s Rachael Krog and Tevan Erickson were named Co-Most Valuable Player, while head coach Melissa Erickson was named Co-Coach of the Year along with Oldham-Ramona/Rutland head coach Kaylee Stratton.

The Elks, along with Colman-Egan and Arlington, placed three players each on the All-Conference. Estelline/Hendricks, Castlewood, Deubrook Area, Oldham-Ramona/Rutland, and Dell Rapids St. Mary each placed two players on the team, while De Smet and Iroquois/Lake Preston each had one selection.
