Sioux Falls Lincoln 68, Brookings 32

BROOKINGS — Sam Ericsson’s 20-point game lifted Class AA No. 1 Sioux Falls Lincoln over Brookings in boys basketball action Friday.

Ericsson finished with a game-high 20 points, hitting six three-pointers in the win, Brody Schafer added 12 points, six  assists and two steals, Owen Duffy recorded eight points, six rebounds and two steals, Brody Nour collected 12 points and three rebounds while Sam DeGroot had 13 rebounds in the win.

For Brookings, Bergan Tetzlaff finished with 12 points, six rebounds and two blocks while Noah Lease added eight points and four rebounds in the loss.


Hamlin 69, Deubrook Area 39

HAYTI — Jackson Wadsworth and Boden Stevenson powered Class A No. 4 Hamlin to a boys basketball win over Class B No. 9 Deubrook Area on Friday. 

Wadsworth finished with 23 points and three 3-pointers. Stevenson added 22 points. Jack Stormo scored eight points and Aiden Abraham scored seven points.

For Deubrook Area, Braxton Bednarek had 13 points and hit three 3-pointers. Chance Schoenfeld scored 10 points. Isaac Gass added five points. 


Viborg-Hurley 56, Tri-Valley 48

VIBORG — Brady Schroedermeier’s 27 points powered Class B No. 3 Viborg-Hurley over Tri-Valley in boys basketball action Friday.

Schroedermeier finished with 27 points, eight rebounds and five steals, Jake Austin had nine points while Braydyn Morrison, Nolan Kolthoff and Walker Warwick each had six points in the win.

For TV, Brady Jewett led with 19 points while Lawson Schneiderman added 11 points in the loss.


Estelline-Hendricks 62, Colman-Egan 31

ESTELLINE — Cade Hexem’s 20-point burst lifted Estelline-Hendricks over Colman-Egan in boys basketball action Friday.

Hexem finished with 20 points and nine rebounds, Kade Hauck added 12 points while Kyler Carlson collected eight points, five rebounds and six steals in the win.

For CE, Caden Zwart had 15 points in the loss.


Britton-Hecla 54, Langford Area 23

BRITTON — Britton-Hecla took down Langford Area in boys basketball action Friday.

Jaxon Zuehlke led the Braves with 13 points, nine rebounds, six steals, three assists and two blocks, William Richter added nine points, five rebounds and five assists, Benjamin Folkman had nine points and four rebounds while Mitchell Burger collected seven points in the win.

For LA, Graydon Hurley led the Lions with 12 points, three rebounds and two steals while Kassen Keough had four points, four rebounds and two steals in the loss.


Parkston 43, Gregory 35

PARKSTON — Class B No. 7 Parkston knocked off Gregory in boys basketball action Friday.

Brycen Bruening led the Trojans with 18 points and six rebounds, Jaxon Leischner added 10 points, while Mason Jervik totaled six boards and three assists in the win.

For Gregory, Lincoln Juracek had 21 points, Jacob Klein and Colt Keiser each had six points, including 10 rebounds from Keiser, while Landon Keiser netted nine rebounds in the loss.


Huron 46, Spearfish 38

SPEARFISH — Blake Ellwein paced Class AA No. 5 Huron to a boys basketball win over Spearfish on Friday.

Ellwein finished with 21 points, while Davis Chase added 10 points. James Shoultz Jr., scored six points. 

For Spearfish, Mason Southern scored 11 points. Kamren Davis and Cooper Gibbs scored eight points apiece. Karsen Seyer had six points, while Kade Vavruska totaled five points. 


Sioux Falls O’Gorman 66, Rapid City Stevens 55

RAPID CITY — Kamden Cisse and Braylen Yellow Bird powered Sioux Falls O’Gorman to a boys basketball win on Friday.

Cisse finished with 19 points and eight boards. Yellow Bird added 10 points. Mason Clark totaled eight points, four rebounds and four assists. Chace Hermanson and Matthew Mead had seven points apiece. 

For Stevens, Seth Paugh finished with 15 points, five rebounds, three 3-pointers and three rebounds. Anders Christensen recorded 12 points and five boards. Lucas Marcus totaled 11 points. Andrew Zimmerman added six points and eight rebounds. Tate Van Beek had five points, three assists and three rebounds.


Brandon Valley 43, Rapid City Central 36

RAPID CITY — Brandon Valley knocked off Rapid City Central in boys basketball action Friday.

Lincoln McInerney led the Lynx with 17 points and four rebounds, Tristan Dulaney added 12 points and seven rebounds while Ayuel Deng added eight points in the win.

For RCC, Preston Yellow tallied 14 points, five steals and three rebounds, Owen Bissonette added nine points while Julius Duran had eight points and four rebounds in the loss.
