Rapid City Central 62, Harrisburg 58 (OT)

RAPID CITY — Julius Duran and Gilbert White Jr. combined for 50 points in Rapid City Central’s upset victory over Class AA No. 4 Harrisburg Friday.

Duran finished with 27 points and three steals, White Jr. netted 23 points while Junior Allen tallied eight points, five rebounds and three steals in the win.

Harrisburg’s Stellen Larson had a team-high 15 points and eight rebounds, Kaden Anderson totaled 14 points and three steals, Nolan Krull recorded nine points while Aiden Costain had seven points in the loss.


Dakota Valley 58, Dell Rapids 53 (OT)

DELL RAPIDS — Dakota Valley clipped Dell Rapids in overtime during Friday’s high school boys basketball action.

Luke Bruns led the Panthers with 26 points while Logan Collette tallied 14 points in the win.

DR’s Karson Paye had 14 points, five rebounds and five assists, Tad Tjaden collected 14 points and six rebounds, Jack Kloth netted 11 points, six boards, six blocks and five assists while Lincoln Anderson brought in 10 points in the loss.


Sanborn Central-Woonsocket 53, Highmore-Harrold 45

WOONSOCKET — A balanced scoring attack powered Sanborn Central-Woonsocket to a high school boys basketball victory Friday.

Landon Jensen led with 13 points and three rebounds, Grant Edwards and Bryce Larson each had nine points, combining for eight rebounds and seven assists, McCoy Schultz rattled nine points and five steals, while Evan Easton tallied seven points in the win.

HH’s stats were not reported.


Garretson 63, Elkton-Lake Benton 53

ELKTON — Brecken Weir and Ian Buettner combined for 40 points in Garretson’s victory over Elkton-Lake Benton Friday.

Weir finished with 21 points while Buettner added 19. Treyton Decker tallied 11 points in the win as well.

ELB’s Joseph Nibbe had 14 points, Tanner Drietz finished with 13 points, Tanner Stein tallied 12 points, Colt Beck recorded eight points while Eliot Erickson netted six points in the loss.


Elk Point-Jefferson 56, Beresford 46

ELK POINT — Three players scored in double figures during Elk Point-Jefferson’s 10-point victory over Beresford Friday.

Grayson Girard led the Huskies with 18 points and five rebounds, Ashton Fairbanks added 17 points, five rebounds and five assists, Chase Swanson collected 12 points and three boards, while Landon Johnsen tallied five points in the win.

Beresford’s Malachi James tallied 15 points and eight rebounds, Aidan Hamm added 14 points and five rebounds while Tiegen Nyhaug netted eight points and five boards in the loss.


Iroquois-Lake Preston 74, Arlington 59

IROQUOIS — Carter Arbeiter propelled Iroquois-Lake Preston with a 23-point game against Arlington Friday.

Arbeiter tallied 23 points, Lucas Peskey had 15 points, seven rebounds and four steals while Daunte Glanzer recorded 12 points in the win.

Arlington’s Paxton Rheault led the game in points with 29 while Brecken Vossler totaled 14 points in the loss.


West Central 70, Madison 41

HARTFORD — Three players scored in double figures as Class A No. 4 West Central defeated Madison Friday.

Will Kuhl tallied 15 points and 10 rebounds, Connor Mebius had 11 points, five assists, four rebounds and two steals, Luke Knight had 11 points while Boche Knight totaled six rebounds in the win.

Madison’s Ben Brooks had 15 points while Henry Veenhof netted seven points in the loss.


Ipswich 69, Sunshine Bible Academy 49

MILLER — Three players combined for 48 points in Ipswich’s boys basketball victory over Sunshine Bible Academy Friday.

Max Kulesa led the Tigers with 18 points, eight rebounds and five assists, Tucker Kadlec had 15 points and seven rebounds, while Kyle Hettich totaled 15 points in the win.

SBA’s Jerome Big Eagle tallied 15 points, Trey Thieman had 11 points, four rebounds and four assists, Jensen Wipf added 10 points and five rebounds while Isaac Hague netted seven points in the loss.


Gregory 68, Scotland-Menno 51

SCOTLAND — Cruz Kludt’s 23-point game powered Gregory to a boys basketball victory Friday.

Kludt finished with 23 points, Jack Bolander tallied 10 points while Cole Serr totaled nine rebounds in the win.

SM’s Ashton Dennis led with 13 points, four rebounds and two assists, Izayah Ulmer had 10 points, while Bryce Sattler added eight points and two assists for the Trappers.


Deubrook Area 70, Colman-Egan 58

WHITE — Braxton Bednarek and Chance Schoenfeld powered Deubrook Area to a boys basketball win on Friday.

Bednarek finished with 24 points and six 3-pointers, while Schoenfeld had 23 points. Isaac Gass added 17 points.

For Colman-Egan, Jase Mousel tallied 24 points and three 3-pointers. Jackson Zwart added 15 points. Caden Zwart scored six points, while Taylor Kriech and Julian Allen had five points apiece.
