Elkton-Lake Benton 3, Sioux Valley 2

ELKTON -- Elkton-Lake Benton outlasted Sioux Valley in a five-set high school volleyball match on Monday. The set scores were 25-19, 25-16, 22-25, 22-25 and 15-12.

Kailynn Drietz led the Elks with 12 kills, 10 digs, two aces and two block assists. Rachael Krog had 11 kills and 28 digs. Kylie Ramlo had nine kills, 13 digs and six solo blocks. Madisyn Nielsen had nine kills. Aubree Bales had eight kills and two solo blocks. Tevan Erickson finished with 40 assists and 17 digs. Kayla Goertz had 21 digs. 

For Sioux Valley, Ashley Bjerke had 21 assists and 13 digs. Reagan Johnson posted nine kills and 15 digs. Kaedyn Sapp had 13 digs, while Kasey Pistulka added 31 digs. Adison Renkly had five kills and three solo blocks. Julia Steffensen added 12 digs. 

Wolsey-Wessington 3, Lake Preston 0

WOLSEY -- Wolsey-Wessington swept Lake Preston in Monday high school volleyball action. The set scores were 25-10, 25-13 and 25-13.

Mya Boomsma finished with 14 kills, five digs and one ace. Leah Williams finished with four aces, five kills and seven digs. Kailynn Dorris had four kills and three blocks. Lainey Uttecht had 17 digs, while Macie Luce recorded two aces and 15 assists. Alyssa Hiles added two blocks.

For Lake Preston, Hadlee Holt, Annika Nelson and Ava Malone had two kills apiece. Malone posted seven digs and Kate Ries added six digs. 

Chester Area 3, Deubrook Area 0

CHESTER -- Chester Area swept Deubrook Area in a high school volleyball match on Monday. The set scores were 25-20, 25-22 and 25-19.

Addison Bates led the way with 10 kills and four blocks. Breckyn Ewoldt posted nine kills and 12 digs. Lily VanHal added 23 assists and two aces. Carly Becker dished out 20 assists and Emery Larson recorded 23 digs. Jacy Wolf added 12 digs.

For Deubrook Area, Emma Vandermeer recorded eight kills and three blocks. Skyla Petersen finished with seven kills. Brooke Koppatschek had 12 assists, 10 digs and one ace. Miranda Moravetz had three blocks and 10 digs. Ellie Koenig had nine assists and one ace. 

Arlington 3, Florence-Henry 1

ARLINGTON -- Arlington knocked off Florence-Henry in a Monday high school volleyball match. The set scores were 25-22, 25-13, 25-27 and 25-11.

Hadley Carlson led Arlington with 31 kills and 20 digs. Morgan Larson added 10 kills, three aces and two blocks. Grace Parry logged 50 assists, while Harley Johnson had 10 digs. 

For Florence-Henry, Carlie Moe had eight kills. Caylin Kelly added six kills and 20 digs. Trinity Watson had 44 assists and Reese Schmidt had 34 assists. 

Tri-State 3, Waverly-South Shore 0

Tri-State swept Waverly-South Shore in straight sets in a Monday high school volleyball match. The set scores were 25-14, 25-14 and 25-14.

No stats were reported for Tri-State. 

For Waverly-South Shore, Rianne Basye had four kills and Emily Heuer added three kills. Heuer had two aces and Sidney Stricherz recorded an ace. Heuer finished with nine assists. Kaelyn Williams posted seven digs, while Lily Revalee had six digs. 

Howard 3, Viborg-Hurley 1

VIBORG -- Howard dropped the first set, but won the next three for a Monday high school volleyball victory over Viborg-Hurley. The set scores were 23-25, 25-14, 25-23 and 25-10.

Aleya Kizer led the Tigers with 13 kills and six digs. Kate Connor had 12 kills, while Piper Thompson added five kills and 19 digs. Rylee Rudebusch had 19 assists and 16 digs. Emma Rudebusch had 12 assists and 16 digs. Katlin Schlim recorded six digs. 

For Viborg-Hurley, Coral Mason had 14 digs and 33 digs. Delana Mach recorded nine kills and 31 digs. Denae Mach added six kills and 26 digs. Mataya Vannorsdel had 25 assists and nine digs. Charley Nelson finished with 15 digs and three aces. 

Wilmot 3, Britton-Hecla 0

WILMOT -- Wilmot swept Britton-Hecla in a Monday high school volleyball match. The set scores were 25-21, 27-25 and 25-23.

Paige Johnson and Marissa Getzlaff led Wilmot with five kills apiece. Maddie Redmund had three aces, four assists and three digs. Stacia Redday had six assists.

For Britton-Hecla, Chloe Furman posted four aces and 12 assists. Alyssa James posted six kills and two blocks. Katee Freeman recorded 13 digs.

Flandreau 3, Sioux Falls Lutheran 0

FLANDREAU -- Flandreau swept Sioux Falls Lutheran in a Monday prep volleyball match. The set scores were 25-15, 25-15 and 25-23.

Claire Sheppard led Flandreau with eight kills and two blocks, while Abby Schoeberl had five kills, 17 assists and three aces. Bella Pavlis posted 10 assists. Maria Parsley had 19 digs and Lily Klein added 17 digs and one block. 

For Sioux Falls Lutheran, Emma Stubkjaer had eight kills, seven digs and two aces. Brooklyn Roozenboom had two kills, while Sophie Stubkjaer had two aces and seven assists. Isabella Stubkjaer added seven digs.
