Clark/Willow Lake 47, Castlewood 36

CASTLEWOOD — Class A No. 3 Clark/Willow Lake clipped Class B No. 3 Castlewood for a boys basketball win on Tuesday.

CWL’s Sullivan Felberg finished with 18 points and seven rebounds. Chris Bevers totaled 10 points and seven rebounds. Emmerson Larson posted nine points, while Bo Begeman added six points. 

For Castlewood, Kamden Keszler recorded 21 points, while Leonard Wernke totaled seven points. Will Aderhold posted three points and seven rebounds.


Ethan 59, Bridgewater-Emery 56

ETHAN — Ethan edged Bridgewater-Emery for a basketball win on Tuesday.

Ethan’s Davin Hohn scored 22 points and Creigton Klumb finished with 13 points. Jaxx Kurtenbach and Tuffy Martin scored eight points apiece. Elijah Thomas recorded six points. 

For BE, Holden Wollmann scored 24 points and Ben Weber added 22 points. Peyton Roskens scored six points. 


Hamlin 57, Sioux Valley 54

HAYTI — Class A No. 6 Hamlin outlasted Sioux Valley for a boys basketball win on Tuesday.

Hamlin’s Jackson Wadsworth tossed in 22 points and hit five 3-pointers. Boden Stevenson scored 19 points, while Aidan Abraham scored 13 points and hit three 3-pointers. 

For SV, Brady Hiltunen finished with 21 points and three 3-pointers. Connor Relf scored 12 points. Bret Milton added eight points. Carter Sapp scored six points and Braden Danzeisen scored five points. 


De Smet 53, Howard 24

HOWARD — Grant Wilkinson powered Class B No. 2 De Smet to a boys basketball win over Howard on Tuesday.

Wilkinson erupted for 29 points and 22 rebounds. Noah Luethmers added 13 points and Slayten Wilkinson added eight points. 

For Howard, Kolt Becker scored eight points. Owen Feldhaus added five points.


Estelline-Hendricks 67, Great Plains Lutheran 45

ESTELLINE — Kyler Carlson and Drayden Cokens combined for 44 points as Class B No. 10 Estelline-Hendricks cruised past Great Plains Lutheran in boys basketball action Tuesday.

Carlson led the Redhawks with 23 points and six assists while Cokens added 21 points and three steals. Cade Hexem netted 11 points, eight rebounds and five assists for EH as well.

For GPL, Jarret Bauer netted 14 points in the loss.


Viborg-Hurley 61, Alcester-Hudson 41

HURLEY — Three players scored in double figures to power Class B No. 1 Viborg-Hurley to a boys basketball win on Tuesday. 

VH’s Brady Schroedermeier finished with 27 points, 10 rebounds and four steals. Braydyn Morrison added 11 points and three rebounds. Nolan Kolthoff scored 11 points.

For AH, Jacob Cole scored 16 points and Tommy Walth added 15 points. 


Freeman 72, Parker-Marion 29

FREEMAN — Four players scored in double figures to power Class B No. 8 Freeman to a boys basketball win on Tuesday.

Tate Sorensen finished with 20 points and three rebounds. David Walter added 12 points and 12 boards. Tayden Kerrigan had 12 points and six boards. Luke Peters finished with 11 points, five assists and four rebounds. Oliver Waltner had six points and seven rebounds. 

Parker-Marion stats were not reported. 


Parkston 62, Platte-Geddes 50

PARKSTON — Three players scored in double figures to power Parkston to a boys basketball win on Tuesday.

Parkston’s Brycen Bruening finished with 22 points and five rebounds. Mason Jervik added 15 points and eight boards. Sean Deckert added 11 points and Grady Bowar had nine points. Reco Muilenburg scored five points.

For PG, Jye Bailey and Jameson Leader scored 14 points apiece. Leader added five boards. Isaac Leader scored seven points. Ziggy Duffy and Ryker Nachtigal scored six points apiece. 


Irene-Wakonda 78, Burke 67

BURKE — Irene-Wakonda pulled away from Burke for a boys basketball win on Tuesday.

IW’s Cain Healy finished with 25 points and Hayden Hansen added 17 points. Noah Hansen and Brody Johnke had 10 points apiece. Christian Putman scored nine points and Micah Girard scored seven points.

For Burke, Brody Indahl tossed in a game-high 27 points and hit five 3-pointers. Masen Hausmann added 16 points and Bryson Indahl had 11 points. Eli Bartling scored seven points, while Bryson Lambley had six points. 


Leola-Frederick Area 49, North Central 42

EUREKA — Three players scored in double figures to pace Leola-Frederick Area to a boys basketball win on Tuesday.

Milo Sumption finished with 14 points and Winston Clark added 13 points. Clark hit three 3-pointers. Westyn Thorpe had 10 points and Erik Losure totaled five points.

For NC, Kobe Wherry finished with 12 points and Reuben Blanco scored 10 points. Donovan Nelson had seven points and Jared Wherry posted five points. 


West Central 55, Dakota Valley 41

NORTH SIOUX CITY — Class A No. 1 West Central pulled past Dakota Valley for a Tuesday boys basketball win.

Will Kuhl finished with 22 points. 

For Dakota Valley, Tatum Sorensen recorded 17 points, seven rebounds and four assists. Payton Sorensen and Luke Aneman had eight points apiece.


Deuel 57, Arlington 25

CLEAR LAKE — Three players scored in double figures in Deuel’s blowout win over Arlington in boys basketball action Tuesday.

Kyle Finnesand tallied 15 points and 10 rebounds for Deuel, Troy Jenson added 14 points, three rebounds and three steals, while Jaxtin Winter collected 11 points and six rebounds in the win.

For Arlington, Miles Antonen had 10 points and five rebounds while Paxton Rheault collected eight points and nine boards in the loss.


Centerville 55, Scotland/Menno 28

CENTERVILLE — Ethan Bobzin and Tucker Martz paced Centerville to a boys basketball win on Tuesday.

Bobzin finished with 15 points and five boards. Martz totaled 10 points and 10 rebounds. Corbin Tople added six rebounds and five points. Hogan Hybertson had five rebounds and four points. Alec Austin totaled six points and six boards.

For SM, Izayah Ulmer finished with 12 points, four steals and three assists. Hunter Clark scored five points. Hunter Yosten totaled eight points and eight rebounds. 


Sanborn Central/Woonsocket 66, Kimball/White Lake 23

KIMBALL — Three players scored in double figures to pace Sanborn Central/Woonsocket to a boys basketball win on Tuesday.

Sam Baruth finished with 15 points and McCoy Schulz added 12 points. Will Simmonds scored 10 points.

For KWL, Keaton Christensen had nine points and Jack Suelflow scored six points.


Corsica-Stickney 46, Mitchell Christian 14

MITCHELL — A balanced scoring attack paced Corsica-Stickney to a boys basketball victory over Mitchell Christian Tuesday.

Aiden Clites led the Jaguars with 13 points, Jett Kemp tallied 11 points, eight rebounds and two steals while Sawyer Schmidt netted five points in the win.

MC’s stats were not reported.


Wagner 61, Elk Point-Jefferson 54

ELK POINT — Four players scored in double figures to push Wagner over Elk Point-Jefferson in boys basketball action Tuesday.

Jesse Zephier led the Red Raiders with 16 points and four rebounds, Michael Koupal added 13 points and six rebounds, Ky Arpan had 11 points and 13 rebounds while Carlos Galindo recorded 11 points in the win.

For EPJ, Aiden Hammitt had 13 points, four rebounds and two steals, Brody Van Roekel netted 11 points and five assists, Luke Schmitz totaled 10 points and seven rebounds while Ben Trudeau tallied nine points and three rebounds in the loss.


Miller 76, Redfield 52

MILLER — Will Resel and Isaak Hunter combined for 55 points as Miller rolled past Redfield in boys basketball action Tuesday.

Resel led the Rustlers with 30 points while Hunter added 25 points. Oliver Fritzsche tallied 11 points while Derek Brueggeman had eight points in the win.

For Redfield, Grady Hulscher tallied 17 points, Eloi Carnicero had 18 points while Micah Zastrow totaled seven points in the loss.


Avon 60, Canistota 28

CANISTOTA — Zander Fathke and Al’Shamon Gunter combined for 36 points as Avon knocked off Canistota in boys basketball action Tuesday.

Fathke led the Pirates in scoring with 21 points, six assists, five steals and four rebounds while Gunter added 15 points, 15 rebounds and two blocks. Dominic Doom tallied seven points, three rebounds and two steals while Brenson Ratlzaff had four points and six rebounds in the win.

For Canistota, Easton Miller had eight points, four rebounds and two steals while Dayne Krinke and Caleb Schroeder each had six points and five rebounds in the loss.
