YANKTON — Huron Post 7 picked up a Legion baseball win over Yankton Post 12 on Saturday.

Johnny Hernandez took the win for Huron Post 7, allowing four runs on five hits in four innings, while striking out five.

Peyton Bischoff, Tyson Lien, and Max Kranzler led Post 7 with two hits apiece, while Lien drove in two runs.

Drew Ryken took the loss for Yankton Post 12, allowing three runs on six hits in four innings, while striking out three.

Dylan Prouty led Post 12 with three hits in four at bats.

Yankton Post 12 9, Blair, Neb. 8

YANKTON — A walk-off error pushed Yankton Post 12 past Blair, Neb. in a Legion baseball game on Saturday.

Connor Teichrow picked up the win for Post 12, allowing four hits and three runs in two innings, while striking out one and walking one. Michael Mors started the game for Post 12, allowing nine hits and five runs in four innings.

Rugby Ryken, Dylan Prouty, Lucas Kampshoff, and Drew Ryken each had two hits. Prouty and Rugby Ryken each drove in three runs.

Lee Chavez-Lara took the loss for Blair, Neb., pitching â…“ of an inning and allowing one hit and one run. Dylan Swanson started the game for Blair, Neb., giving up eight runs on nine hits in 6 â…“ innings, while striking out seven.

Blair, Neb. tallied 15 hits, with Morgan Rump leading the way with three hits in four at bats. Nate Wachter drove in two runs.

Worthington, Minn. 7, Baltic Legion Post 175 3

LUVERNE — Worthington, Minn. used a five run third inning to pull away from Baltic Legion Post 175 in a Legion baseball game on Saturday.

Andrew VanDam took the loss for Post 175, pitching six innings and allowing seven runs on 12 hits, while striking out six and walking one.

Post 175 tallied five hits, including two hits each from Gunner Schultz and Jose Valadez. Valadez also drove in two runs.

Baltic Legion Post 175 17, Edgerton, Minn. 3

LUVERNE — Baltic Legion Post 175 scored seven runs in the first inning and eight in the second inning to cruise past Edgerton, Minn. for a Legion baseball win on Saturday.

Caleb Kittelson picked up the win for Post 175, allowing zero runs on three hits, while striking out three and walking one in two innings.

Riley Dobbins led Post 175 with three hits in three at bats, while Gunner Schultz, Jose Valadez, Colbe Scott, and Cooper Goehring had two hits apiece. Hunter Larson drove in four runs, while Schultz drove in three runs. Andrew VanDam, Dobbins, Valadez, Goehring, and Scott each drove in two runs.

VERMILLION — Brandon Valley Post 131 raced past the Sturgis Post 33 Titans for a Legion baseball win on Saturday.

Aiden Zerr picked up the win for Post 131, allowing four hits and two runs in 6 â…“ innings, while striking out five.

Ayden Spicer, Dawson Mork, and Matt Brown each tallied two hits to lead Post 131. Spicer also had three RBI’s.

Kain Peters took the loss for Post 33, allowing three hits and five runs in 2 â…” innings, while striking out six. Hunter Janzen led Post 33 with two hits in two at bats, while Conner Cruickshank had two RBI’s.
