Parkston Post 194 15, Wagner Post 11 3 (5 innings) 

WAGNER — Parkston Post 194 plated 13 runs in the fourth and fifth innings to pick up a Legion baseball win over Wagner Post 11 on Tuesday. 

Caden Donahue and Will Jodozi finished with two hits apiece, while Donahue drove in three runs. Maddux Brissette drove in four runs. Brayden Jervik, Jeff Schnabel and Kody Klumb each had hits. Kaleb Weber earned the win after allowing five hits, three earned runs, four walks and struck out four batters through five innings. 

For Wagner, Corbin Carda had three hits and three RBI. Matt Link and Daniel Soukup each had hits. Link took the loss after allowing four hits, six earned runs, eight walks and struck out two batters in 3.1 innings. 

Mitchell Post 18 5, Sheridan (Wyo.) 4

MITCHELL — Mitchell Post 18 outlasted Sheridan (Wyo.) for a Legion baseball win on Tuesday. 

Dylan Soulek, Peyton Mandel and Karter Sibson had two hits apiece. Landon Waddell and Colin Stange had hits, while Waddell drove in two runs. Peyton Schroder earned the win after allowing seven hits, two earned runs, two walks and struck out three batters in his five-inning start. 

Spearfish Post 164 4, Sturgis 3 

STURGIS — Spearfish scored two runs in the sixth inning to break a 2-2 tie and pick up a Legion baseball win over Sturgis on Tuesday.

Braden Ericks picked up the win for Spearfish, allowing six hits, three runs and striking out five batters in 6 1/3 innings. Ty Sieber had two hits and an RBI. Braden Ericks had two hits. Travis Deuel and Carter Lyon each had hits. 

Yankton Post 12 3, Rapid City Post 22 2

YANKTON — Yankton Post 12 scored two runs in the fifth inning en route to a Legion baseball win over Rapid City Post 22 on Tuesday. 

Yankton’s Matthew Sheldon, Josh Sheldon, Drew Ryken and Lucas Kampshoff had hits in the win. Isaiah Schelhaas earned the win after allowing eight hits, two earned runs, two walks and struck out two batters in the complete-game performance. 

For Post 22, Hayden Leighty took the loss after allowing two hits, two earned runs, two walks and struck out one batter in two relief innings. Harrison Good finished with three hits. Dominic McKnight, Alex Dietrich, Philip Bentz, Tate Crosswait and Aiden Roberts each had hits. 

Madison Post 25 12, Hartford/Humboldt 2

HARTFORD — Braxton Bjorklund powered Madison Post 25 to a Legion baseball win on Tuesday.

Bjorklund finished 4 of 4, drove in six runs and hit a three-run homer in the sixth inning. Jovi Wolf, Thomas Mechels and Hayden Kane had two hits apiece. Mike Peters struck out 11 batters, allowed five hits, one earned runs and walked two batters in his six-inning start.

For Hartford/Humboldt, Derek Renken finished 2 of 3 at the plate. He took the loss after allowing six runs on five hits, while striking out four batters in four innings.
