Lakota Nation Invitational to be streamed on LiveTicket.tv

The Lakota Nation Invitational starts Tuesday, Dec. 13 with wrestling and continues through Saturday, Dec. 17 with basketball and other culturally relevant events. 

All of the events will be live streamed on LiveTicket.tv on a pay-per-view basis. The cost for the entire week is $45. Single day passes are available for $15. LINK

“People don’t understand how expensive putting on the Lakota Nation Invitational is,” Lakota Nation Invitational President Chuck Wilson said. “Having LiveTicket stream this event last year helped us pay the bills and we look forward to the productions this year.” 

On Tuesday, Dec. 13 the wrestling tournament starts at 9 a.m. and concludes with the championships at 6 p.m. The community welcome and red carpet entry is at 4 p.m. Tuesday. 

On Wednesday, Dec. 14 the boys and girls basketball challenge games will take place at the Barnett Arena, Ice Arena and Summit Arena. 

On Thursday, Dec. 15, the boys and girls basketball action continues with bracket play. BRACKETS 

The event also includes an art show, language bowl, chess tournament, archery, cheerleading competitions, knowledge bowl and hand games, among other activities.
