RAPID CITY — The Lakota Nation Invitational volleyball tournament is Oct. 3-4 at The Monument in the Summit Arena.

The round-robin style tournament will feature four pools, playing a best-of-three format and it will be a single-elimination tourney. At the end of pool, the tournament will be cross-bracketing the top team in each pool. The tournament will start at 9 a.m. (MST) each day. 

The teams in each pool are listed below:

Pool A: Custer, Santee (Neb.), Lodge Grass (Mont.), Oelrichs, McLaughlin, Takini.

Pool B: Bennett County, Little Wound, Wyoming Indian (Wyo.), Crow Creek, Wakpala, St. Francis.

Pool C: Cheyenne-Eagle Butte, St. Stephens (Wyo.), Mahpiya Luta, Pine Ridge, Tiospa Zina, Tiospaye Topa.

Pool D: Lakota Tech, White River, Lower Brule, Crazy Horse, Marty, Todd County.
