Mitchell landed three players on this year’s all-Eastern South Dakota Conference boys basketball team.

The Kernels were represented by Colton Smith, Gavin Soukup and Markus Talley. 

Harrisburg’s Jacoby Mehrman and Braeden VanBockern were all-conference selections for the Tigers. 

Aberdeen Central’s Grant Fritz, Brandon Valley’s Josh Olthoff, Huron’s Blake Ellwein, Watertown’s Dylon Rawdon and Yankton’s Landon Potts rounded out the all-conference team.

Brandon Valley’s Landon Dulaney, Harrisburg’s Cam Phipps and Pierre’s Jett Zabel were honorable mention selections.
