FORT PIERRE — Past cowboys and cowgirls will be honored at this year’s South Dakota High School Rodeo Finals. 

At the 75th annual event, South Dakota’s former national champions will be recognized during Friday’s 5 p.m. performance at the Stanley County Fairgrounds.
