Guthrie, Okla. — Three South Dakotans combined for two second-place finishes and a third-place finish to highlight a week of action from the Little Britches National Finals Rodeo. 

Newell’s Brylee Grubb earned second in two events. She finished second in the breakaway roping and second in the goat tying. Grubb rounded out the weekend with a fifth place finish in the barrel racing and was third in the All-Around Cowglrl standings. 

 Another top finisher for South Dakota was Philip’s Charlee Ramsey. More outstanding roping from South Dakota as Ramsey finished second while accumulating 775 points during the season. in the Junior Girls Breakaway competition. Ramsey accumulated 779 points during the season.
