FREEMAN — Viborg-Hurley’s Lincoln Vannorsdel captured both boys hurdle races at Tuesday’s Don Diede Relays. 

Vannorsdel won the 110-meter hurdles in :17.18, and the 300-meter hurdles in :43.53.

Sanborn Central/Woonsocket’s Liz Boschee was also a double-winner in the high jump event (5-00) and javelin throw (115-05).

On the boys’ side, Viborg-Hurley’s Godwin Johnson won the 100-meter dash (:11.66). Bridgewater-Emery’s Carter Glanzer secured the 200-meter dash (:24.16). Freeman’s Tate Sorensen took the top spot in the 400-meter dash (:53.48).

Hanson’s Cole Dewald won the 800-meter run (2:07.75). Sioux Falls Lutheran’s Noah Baumbach won the 1,600-meter run (5:07.95).

Freeman’s Collin Randall won the 3,200-meter run (11:01.25).

Hanson’s Carter Endorf, Jett Jager, Jason Porth and Dewald won the 400-meter relay (:46.22) while Porth, Jager, Stetson Riggs and Dewald captured the 1,600-meter relay (3:33.24).

Freeman’s Luke Peters, Luke Miller, Brody Sorensen and Tate Sorensen won the 800-meter relay (1:34.65) while Miller, Randall, Braydan Mangel and Brody Sorensen combined to win the 3,200-meter relay (8:50.12).

VH’s Josue Menezes, Johnson, Noah Werdel and Hendrix Boyer won the 1,600-meter sprint medley relay (3:55.41).

IW’s Cain Healy captured the discus throw (143-06). Centerville’s Charlie Eide won the javelin throw (157-10).

Gayville-Volin’s Nate Selchert secured the shot put title (48-11). Centerville’s Hogan Hybertson won the pole vault title (11-04).

VH’s Andrew Madsen took the top spot in the high jump event (5-11).

BE’s Holden Wollmann won the long jump (20-00.75). Hanson’s Jason Porth secured the triple jump title (39-11.50).

In the girls’ meet, Freeman’s Vaida Ammann won the 100-meter dash (:13.42) while teammate Rylee Peters won the 100-meter hurdles (:15.07).

Canistota’s Ellia Hjermstad won the 200-meter dash (:28.80). Centerville’s Izzie Eide won the 400-meter dash (1:02.75).

Irene-Wakonda’s Ava George won the 800-meter run (2:34.98) while teammate Maryn Lyngstad took first place in the 300-meter hurdles (:50.27).

Sanborn Central-Woonsocket’s Emrie VonEye secured the 1,600-meter run (5:44.26).

Canistota’s Gabbie Eichmann captured the 3,200-meter run (13:57.94).

Freeman’s Makenzie Scharberg, Cadence Hofer, Landrei Baker and Vaida Ammann combined to win the 400-meter relay (:51.83) while Hofer, Baker, Ammann and Peters won the 800-meter relay (1:49.36). Baker, Peters, Penny Schultz and Ammann won the 1,600-meter relay as well (4:16.64).

Centerville’s Lydia Austin, Brea Austin, Sage Martz and Peyton Hansen won the 3,200-meter relay (10:43.99) while Harper Wattier, Lillee Shearer, Martz and Lydia Austin won the 1,600-meter sprint medley relay (4:44.53).

In field events, Canistota’s Sophie Kostboth won the discus throw (99-01).

Freeman’s Scharberg took first in the long jump event (15-07.75) while Hofer secured the triple jump event (33-04.50).

IW’s Callie Peterson captured the pole vault title (8-07) while teammate Lanie Van Beek secured the shot put title (32-06).
