Wall’s Cash Wilson second at College National Finals Rodeo

CASPER, Wyo. — Wall High School graduate and Tarleton State University saddle bronc rider Cash Wilson finished in second place at the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper Wyoming. 

On Saturday, the junior scored an 82 in the short go-round to maintain his second place standing. Wilson finished with 265 points, trailing only Shea Fournier of McNeese State, who won the competition with 295 points. 

Wilson’s teammate, Brody Wells, finished in fourth place with a short-go score of 78 and a final point total of 299. 

As a team, Tarleton State won the College National Finals Rodeo team competition with 900 points. McNeese State was second with 780 points while Missouri Valley College was third with 770 points.
