The 2023 DSU Classic girls pairings have been released, with eight basketball games taking place at the DSU Fieldhouse in Madison, SD on Saturday, Jan. 14.

The action begins at 9 a.m. with White River taking on Hills-Beaver Creek, Minn., followed by Mitchell Christian against Kadoka Area at 10:30 a.m. At 12 p.m. McLaughlin collides with Elk Point-Jefferson, while Hill City tangles with Lennox at 1:30 p.m. Lakota Tech, who is receiving votes in the latest Class A poll, takes on Crofton, Neb., who is ranked No. 6 in Nebraska’s C-2 rankings, at 3 p.m.

Chester Area plays Madison at 4:30 p.m., while Garretson takes on Sergeant Bluff-Luton, Iowa at 6 p.m. At 7:30 p.m. Class A No. 1 Hamlin, who is the defending Class A runner-up, tangles with West Lyon, Iowa, who advanced to Iowa’s Class 3A state semifinals last season.

Admission is $8 for adults, $4 for K-12th grade, and free for pre-school and younger.

12 p.m. - McLaughlin vs Elk Point-Jefferson

4:30 p.m. - Chester Area vs Madison

6 p.m. - Garretson vs Sergeant Bluff-Luton, Iowa

7:30 p.m. - Hamlin vs West Lyon, Iowa
