SIOUX FALLS — Team Blue defeated Team White, 121-105, at Sunday’s boys basketball South Dakota Basketball Coaches Association/Sanford Pentagon All-Star Game.

Mitchell’s Colton Smith and Lincoln’s Sam DeGroot led Team Blue with 28 points apiece. Smith added 11 rebounds and six assists. DeGroot added 10 boards, six 3-pointers and four assists. Pine Ridge’s Marvin Richard III tossed in 20 points, dished out seven assists, added five rebounds and hit four 3-pointers. Stanley County’s Paxton Deal totaled 12 points, four rebounds and four 3-pointers. West Central’s Will Kuhl had 10 points and 13 rebounds. Wessington Springs’ Colby Flowers had 10 points and three boards. St. Thomas More’s Wyatt Gylten and Harrisburg’s Stellen Larson scored five points apiece. Gylten had three rebounds and three assists. Larson added seven rebounds. 

For Team White, Vermillion’s Trey Hansen finished with 21 points and six rebounds. De Smet’s Grant Wilkinson had 16 points, nine rebounds and four assists. Little Wound’s Riley Casey posted 14 points and six boards. Dakota Valley’s Tatum Sorensen had 13 points, eight assists, four rebounds and three 3-pointers. Wessington Springs’ Parker Graff finished with 11 points. Watertown’s Jackson McClemans had 10 points and three 3-pointers. Baltic’s Kellen Artz recorded eight points and nine rebounds. Deubrook Area’s Chance Schoenfeld added seven points
