The 281 Conference basketball tournaments are Jan. 14, 15, 18 and 20. 

The girls tournament starts Friday and the first-round pairings include: Wolsey-Wessington vs. Sunshine Bible Academy, James Valley Christian vs. Hitchcock-Tulare, Sanborn Central/Woonsocket vs. Iroquois/Doland and Highmore-Harrold vs. Wessington Springs. 

The boys tournament starts Saturday and the first-round pairings include: Wolsey-Wessinton vs. Sunshine Bible Academy, Hitchcock-Tulare vs. Sanborn Central/Woonsocket, Wessington Springs vs. Iroquois/Doland and James Valley Christian vs. Highmore-Harrold.
