VIRGINIA BEACH (Va.) — Custer alum and Black Hills State University sophomore Drew Lehman earned All-American honors in the triple jump event at the NCAA Division II track and field indoor championships over the weekend in Virginia Beach, Va.
Lehman recorded a mark of 15.07m (49 feet, 5.5 inches) on his third jump of the meet to earn an eighth-place finish. 
BHSU teammate Evan Smith posted a 13th-place finish and earned Second Team All-American in the 800m run. He ran a time of 1:50.2.
