Platte-Geddes 52, Tripp-Delmont/Armour 32

PLATTE — Platte-Geddes jumped out to a 13-2 first-quarter lead en route to a girls basketball win on Friday. 

Platte-Geddes’ Karly VanDerWerff tossed in 22 points. Cadence Van Zee and Regan Hoffman scored eight points apiece. Baleigh Nachtigal added seven points. 

Tripp-Delmont/Armour’s Megan Reiner tossed in 16 points. Hannah Stremick scored nine points. 


Elkton-Lake Benton 51, Arlington 42

ARLINGTON — Elkton-Lake Benton earned a road win over Arlington in high school girls basketball action Friday. 

Kylie Ramlo had a monster double-double posting 17 points and 17 rebounds. Rachel Krog posted 12 points and five rebounds while Tevan Erickson added eight points and six rebounds. 

Jaelyn Huntimer led Arlington with 14 points while Jolyssa Steffensen added 13 points and eight rebounds. 

 

Florence-Henry 61, Warner 36

HENRY --- Florence-Henry picked up a girls basketball win over Class B No. 5 Warner on Friday. 

Trinity Watson finished with 12 points and four rebounds, while Caylin Kelly added 11 points and five steals. Katelyn Klitzke had 10 points and Aubrie Hartley scored six points. 

Warner's Ava Nilsson scored 16 points. Stacia Carda had seven points, while Kyleigh Schopp scored five points. 

 

 

Garretson 55, Colman-Egan 43

COLMAN — Three players scored in double figures to pace Garretson to a girls basketball win over Colman-Egan on Friday.

Garretson’s Sydney Olson finished with 14 points, while Jordyn Williams and Logan Bly scored 10 points apiece. Tayler Benson had nine points and four rebounds. Raegen Altman had six points. 

Colman-Egan’s Lanie Mousel finished with 19 points and seven rebounds. Brynlee Landis had 12 points and five rebounds. Berkley Groos added eight rebounds.


Ponca, Neb., 44, Elk Point-Jefferson 38

ELK POINT — Elk Point-Jefferson dropped a girls basketball game against Ponca, Neb., on Friday. 

Ponca’s Sam Ehlers scored 17 points. 

EPJ’s Bentlee Kollbaum finished with 13 points, while Ashley Brewer added eight points and four rebounds. Kaitlyn Van Roekel had seven points, while Cera Schmitz added five points.
