Gregory 47, Platte-Geddes 43

GREGORY — Jessy Jo VanDerWerff and Cassidy Keiser combined for 39 points to power Gregory to a girls basketball win over Platte-Geddes on Monday. 

VanDerWerff netted 21 points, while Cassidy Keiser added 18 points. 

Platte-Geddes’ Karly VanDerWerff tossed in 12 points, while Baleigh Nachtigal scored nine points. Hadley Hanson scored seven points. 


Kimball/White Lake 60, Tripp-Delmont/Armour 37

WHITE LAKE — Kimball/White Lake picked up a girls basketball win over Tripp-Delmont/Armour on Monday.

KWL’s Harley Nammany recorded 23 points and seven rebounds, while Ryann Nielsen tallied 22 points and 11 rebounds. Dani Deffenbaugh grabbed 14 rebounds.

TDA’s Megan Reiner had 15 points, while Mia Reiner added 11 points. 


Parkston 54, Winner 44

WINNER — Parkston used a 20-10 fourth quarter to help secure a girls basketball win over Winner on Monday. 

Parkston’s Abby Hohn finished with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Mya Thuringer logged 11 points, while Berkley Ziebart added 10 points. Keeara Oakley had five points and six rebounds. Faith Oakley posted seven rebounds and four points, while Lauren Ziebart had five points and four rebounds. 

Winner’s Keelie Kuil finished with 11 points and six rebounds. Kylie Sachtjen recorded seven points. Lilly Barfuss and Cici Watson posted six points apiece, while Barfuss added five rebounds. Preslie Petersek posted five points. 


Beresford 59, Madison 52

MADISON — Beresford held off Madison for a girls basketball win on Monday.

Beresford’s Ella Merriman logged 24 points and four steals, while Irelyn Fichbohm had 12 points and seven rebounds. Harley Koth added nine points.

Madison’s Zoey Gerry tallied 24 points, while Audrey Nelson recorded 19 points and seven rebounds. Karley Lurz grabbed nine boards.
