Kimball/White Lake 56, Freeman 54 (OT)

FREEMAN — Kimball/White Lake outlasted Freeman in overtime for a boys basketball win on Saturday.

KWL was led by Blake Leiferman with 18 points, 19 rebounds, and three assists, while Jaxon Christensen had 10 points and five assists. Dawson Miller had 10 points.

Freeman’s Rocky Ammann scored a game-high 20 points, while David Walter had 11 points and seven rebounds, while Luke Peters had 10 points and five boards.


Waverly-South Shore 57, Britton-Hecla 47

BRITTON —- Waverly-South Shore picked up a road win over Britton-Hecla in boys basketball action Saturday. 

Landon Maag led the Coyotes with 16 points. Troy Kneeland recorded 15 points with Grant Holman contributing nine points towards the win. 

Landon Carlson led Britton-Hecla with 16 points. BoDell Davidson and Ashton Mills each scored nine points for Britton-Hecla. 


Langford Area 61, North Central 48

ROSCOE — Three players reached double figures as Langford Area earned a win over North Central in boys basketball action Saturday. 

Jackson Bahr led the Lions with 20 points. Jesse Keough finished with 16 points while Kassen Keough added 14 points. 

Bastian Delalande led North Central with 19 points. Cole Bukaske scored nine points with Spencer Buechler adding nine points and 10 rebounds. 


Sioux Falls Jefferson 75, Huron 41

SIOUX FALLS — Class AA No. 1 Sioux Falls Jefferson cruised past Huron for a boys basketball win on Saturday.

Sioux Falls Jefferson’s Dawson Sechser tallied 15 points, while Kaden Year had 14 points and seven rebounds. Taylen Ashley had 12 points, while Beau Giblin added nine points.

Huron’s Reilyn Zavesky scored a game-high 28 points and eight rebounds, while Dylan Lichty added five points.


Rapid City Stevens 61, Brookings 48

RAPID CITY — Three players scored in double figures as Rapid City Stevens picked up a win over Brookings in boys basketball action Saturday. 

Dayler Segrist paced the Raiders with 24 points. Caden Dowling added 12 points and Minkah Hawley finished with 10 points and four rebounds. 

For Brookings, Nathan Lease scored 13 points while Owen Burns had 13 points and five rebounds. Austin Clark added 12 points and five rebounds for the Bobcats.
