Sioux Falls Jefferson defeated Sioux Falls Lincoln to claim third place in the Class AA boys basketball state tournament. Those two teams lead the 2022-23 Metro All-Conference boys basketball first team with three selections apiece. 

For Sioux Falls Jefferson Taylen Ashley, Kaden Year and Griffin Wilde are first-team selections

For Sioux Falls Lincoln, JT Rock, Elliot Whitney and Tate Schafer are first-team selections

• Harrisburg: Ethan Determan, Jacoby Mehrman
