The 2023 South Dakota high school football season wrapped up its regular season last week and top performers continued to roll in. 

Here are this week’s top performers across South Dakota for football games on Oct. 12-14.

  • Hot Springs’ Camron Maciejewski erupted for 202 yards rushing on eight carries and scored five touchdowns in a 56-6 win over Hill City. Maciejewski, who recently committed to play college football at Augustana University, added five tackles on defense.

  • Chamberlain’s Cruz Soulek accounted for four touchdowns and 334 yards of total offense in a 33-13 win over Milbank. Soulek piled up 233 rushing yards on 24 carries and scored two touchdowns. He completed 7 of 12 passes for 101 yards and threw two more touchdowns passes. 
  • Kimball/White Lake’s Iden Myers rushed for 263 yards and two touchdowns in a 50-6 win over Bennett County. He also intercepted two passes on defense. 

  • Pierre’s Cade Kaiser logged 124 rushing yards on 24 carries and scored two touchdowns against Tea Area. Kaiser added 98 passing yards and threw a touchdown pass to Jett Zabel, who added 73 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown. Zabel recorded 98 receiving yards. 
  • Freeman/Marion/Freeman Academy’s Karter Weber completed 9 of 12 passes for 122 yards and passed for three touchdowns in a 54-0 win over Florence-Henry. 
  • Sioux Valley’s Boden Schiller rushed for 142 yards on nine carries and scored three touchdowns in a 47-0 win over Flandreau. Schiller completed two passes for 63 yards and threw a 53-yard touchdown pass to Hudsyn Ruesink. 

  • Deuel’s Trey Maaland rushed for 113 yards on 13 carries and scored three touchdowns in a 50-0 win over Redfield. 
  • Dakota Valley’s Jackson Boonstra erupted for 270 yards rushing on 16 carries and scored four touchdowns in a 36-0 win over Beresford. 
  • Stanley County’s Colton Brady rushed for 143 yards and two touchdowns in a 38-8 road win over Faith.
  • Dell Rapids’ Mason Stubbe logged 12 carries for 178 yards and scored three touchdowns in a 42-15 win over St. Thomas More.

  • Platte-Geddes’ Joey Foxley scored three rushing touchdowns as the Black Panthers defeated Canistota, 28-14.
  • Bon Homme’s Jackson Caba scored three rushing touchdowns on runs of 92, 3 and 80 yards in an 18-0 win over Gregory. 
  • Avon’s Aziah Meyer recorded three rushing touchdowns to power the Pirates past Wolsey-Wessington, 22-14.

  • Watertown’s Treyton Himmerich completed 10 of 15 passes for 230 yards and threw three touchdowns in a 42-7 win over Spearfish. 
  • Harrisburg’s Sam Knuth completed 9 of 11 passes for 163 yards and three touchdowns in a 61-0 win over Brookings. 
  • Herreid/Selby Area’s Houston Hauge rushed for 141 yards on 25 carries and scored two touchdowns in a 46-14 win over Britton-Hecla.
